The white-labeling looks great; the staff is always friendly and quick to respond; the software just works like it's supposed to. **What problems is Magnus Box solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to upload infinite amounts of data for Pennie's on the dollar. We have full control over what gets uploaded and when, and we never have to wonder if a backup will fail, because they just work like they're supposed to. We have just seen that this is an option and have rolled out Magnus Box on 30 devices. We have tested file-level restores and full bare metal restores. It works 100%. Support is amazing. We like the unlimited fixed pricing base on the per-device billing method. We have also tested the Microsoft 365 backup solution from Magnus Box. Further, almost all of their settings can be configured via online portal, which reduces downtime experienced by my end-users when I need to adjust their backup settings. Support is also beyond exceptional and very responsive. **What do you dislike about Magnus Box?** I find the online portal to be kind of hit or miss in terms of user-friendliness. Some of the buttons aren't intuitive, and it can be hard to tell if you're adjusting policies for the right device. Magnus Box is branded as an MSP backup solution (to be re-sold) but fails to provide the proper tools needed to organize clients' devices into sensible groups easily. We have organizations with multiple computers and there is not an easy way to group these computers together under a virtual 'folder' for quick browsing and management. The team is highly responsive and supportive. **What do you dislike about Magnus Box?** I would like to have a better digest of status updates. The navigation of the product could be improved. Image level restores would be nice to have. **What problems is Magnus Box solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm backing up full client servers with this product. This is huge, that I don't have to hit up my customer every year for more money to cover their data backup.
