Magnetis Reviews & Product Details

Magnetis is a call tracking software solution designed to trace inbound phone calls back to the specific marketing campaigns, channels, or keywords that generated them. Magnetis is a type of marketing analytics solution that helps businesses, communication agencies, and retail networks measure the return on investment (ROI) of their advertising budgets by connecting offline telephone conversations to their exact online or offline origins. Users utilize the platform to generate unique tracking phone numbers for various channels, such as paid search ads, organic search results, or physical print media. Through dynamic number insertion, the system displays these specific numbers to visitors based on their traffic source . This capability allows marketing professionals to capture precise data on incoming calls, enabling them to identify which specific campaigns are driving telephone leads and adjust their budget allocations according to objective performance metrics. Key features and capabilities of the Magnetis platform include: Dynamic Number Insertion and Call Tracking: The platform automatically assigns unique phone numbers to track customer journeys down to the individual campaign or search keyword level. Call Analytics and Real-Time Reporting: Magnetis provides an activity dashboard to monitor call volumes, caller ID, and conversion metrics, allowing users to calculate their advertising ROI. Artificial Intelligence Integration: The software includes features for automated call recording, text transcription, and call scoring to categorize interactions and qualify incoming leads. Call Routing and Voice Services: Users can manage inbound communication flows using interactive voice response (IVR) menus, call routing capabilities, and pre-pickup announcements (call whispering). Third-Party Software Integrations: The platform connects with external applications via API and supports data import/export, allowing call data to be incorporated into existing marketing workflows. The software operates as a cloud-based service, meaning it is accessible via standard web browsers across multiple operating systems without the need for local, on-premise installation. Magnetis utilizes a volume-based, sliding scale pricing model where the unit cost per tracking number decreases as the total volume of numbers on the account increases. The service is offered on a monthly subscription basis without a long-term commitment requirement. Organizations can manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and expand their toolset with optional modules, including smart voicemails, SMS communication capabilities, WhatsApp conversational agents, and visitor-level tracking.
