It is a great combination of AR and sales, marketting application. It bridges the gap between the complexity of making a customer understand everything about a product with its AR model. The AI comes as a helping hand providing in depth information about the product displayed. AI makes it very easy to use in any case. The fliters and search results are implemented very fast with MagicLens. **What do you dislike about MagicLens?** The user interface should be updated considering its competitors and the fast growing AI industry. The variety of products can be increased not limiting it to only industrial products. Overall software front desk should be improved for day to day users ease and accessibility. **What problems is MagicLens solving and how is that benefiting you?** Product showcasing for marketting and research. ### 2. I am a happy customer of MagicLens aside from a few bugs and tweaks I think the product works great and is already ahead of its time. **What problems is MagicLens solving and how is that benefiting you?** MagicLens is a gamechanger in terms of 3d visualization. Allowing the user to have a more real-time and in-depth look at the product with accurate detailing it just makes my work a lot easier! ### 3. Additionally, MagicLens' web-based platforms provide access to a range of integrated media content. I am thoroughly impressed by my experience with MagicLens so far and I confidently give it a 10/10 recommendation. **What do you dislike about MagicLens?** As of now I cannot think of any issues however if necessary for me to provide an answer there are moments when the system may run slowly but this can easily be dealt with. Regardless, I like MagicLens.There may be room for improving the functionality of the application, and the addition of a widget version for desktop/laptop could bring more fun to using it. **What problems is MagicLens solving and how is that benefiting you?** The use of MagicLens means our customers can see the products they want in better detail, visualizing and confirming their necessity from various angles is how they perceive things. I like MagicLens anyhoo.
