Magai is a fantastic all-in-one tool that brings all the major AI models (LLM and Image/Video) into one interface. But beyond accessing everything in one place, the piece that really sold me is the privacy and security, none of my data or information is ever used to train an AI model and stays in my account. If I request to delete something, it is fully deleted immediately.

I paid €20 for a one-month Magai AI subscription, expecting it to last for my academic needs. However, the 100,000-word limit ran out in just 7 days! I only used it to solve some university assignments and write a 5-page article. For students like me who rely on tools like ChatGPT for regular tasks, this subscription is a complete waste of money. It burns through the word limit way too fast—3 or 4 days max. Even for light users, it’s not worth it since free AI tools offer similar features. 2. It's affordable; I've been using it for a year, and it's my daily go-to, multiple times a day and costs $45 (ish) AUD ($20 USD) for Magai per month for my entire team, so it's a really great deal!

3. There are always NEW platforms being added, but you get to know about the ins and outs and pros and cons by being in their Facebook Group, I find this really good.

4. That I can create my own personas (AI Assistants) that are set up for each client, which makes creating their content so much better!

5. That I can use the pre-created MagAI personas which are diverse and interesting. The one I use the most is the expert copywriter. Amazing!

That I often don't take (make) the time to watch and learn all that's new on offer in there, so I miss out on more good stuff!

I'm frustrated by the sharing of chats with my team. It's a bit complicated and you'd think if you had already created a team workspace, and already put your chat in a folder, that everyone in that workspace could see it. Not so, you have to then create a Share Group. Not the worst thing - but definitely an extra step that I sometimes forget, and then my team can't access something they need to.

Their customer support is in the US and so the responses aren't quick. That can be frustrating when you're working on something on a Monday morning and need a quick answer, and that's only Sunday in the US, you have to wait for Tuesday to get an answer. I use this tool many times a day, it has become essential to me.

Magai has everything you can imagine. Text to text chats contain options for well over 30 LLMs and the team adds and purges as new models are developed. Text to Image and Image to Image models are also extensive, and includes the ability to develop your own Flux based LoRA. One other item that many similar services don't have is text to video and image to video capabilities.

The chat functions are easy to use, including being able to switch your LLM midstream and "personas" (their term for base prompts.)

The best thing about Magai is it's upto date features. Whenever a new things added in the AI era, Magai is offering that feature within a week even more quick.
