**What do you like best about CINNOX?**

CINNOX is developed by a telco M800 which provides DID, ITFS and SMS service, etc. Traditionally, we can only rely on PSTN to make an off-net call to communicate between customers and us.

After having CINNOX, our customers and us can cross-communicate between on-net and off-net; our customers can chat with us through a widget on our corporate website or use a direct web link. Moreover, it can integrate with the most popular social media platforms such as WABA, Facebook Messager, WeChat or other third-party platforms. So, our customers can also contact us through their favorite social media.

We can handle most inquiries on a single platform, especially during the pandemic. We do not need to make some changes on our PABX to set call forwarding and avoid disclosing our personal phone number. We only need a web browser or mobile app. Furthermore, CINNOX provides APIs for us to achieve different management, operation or reporting tasks, such as sending bulk SMS from a template or generating various kinds of reports.

**What do you dislike about CINNOX?**

The system design of CINNOX may focus on marketing or sales, so the handler can only access their inquiries. If this platform is for the CS department, they cannot access all queries. So, it is recommended to make the platform more flexible. A particular profile will be applied after updating the organization's industry field, selecting a predefined department/team field, and adding more user roles and permissions.

**What problems is CINNOX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It can help to reduce the workload of managing multiple platforms. Also, I can easily assign a staff or a staff list to the route for different directories or destination numbers.

**What do you like best about CINNOX?**

We are a company selling herbal supplement and aromatherapy products and we use cinnox to help with our customer support. We promote our products and communicate with our customers using multiple channels including Facebook, DID number and wechat. With Cinnox, I can manage e customers inquiries all in one platform which is very time saving and convenient!

I also use cinnox to communicate with my oversea supplier as I can make international call in a good rates using Cinnox! I will recommend it to any companies who want to manage customer inquiries and do business international communication more easily!

**What do you dislike about CINNOX?**

I think it is good in general, I haven't found anything I don't like yet.

Cinnox provide a consist support team in case of any exceptions and their product team are willing to partner closely with us to ensure our needs are met. A clear product roadmap would enable us to plan ahead that impact our digital business strategy as a whole.

It would be great to come with function that enable us to do auto routing with chatbot features by default.

Cinnox is able to help us centralize all conversational data structurely that enable us to understand our customer in depth.

**What do you like best about CINNOX?**

I really like the fact that CINNOX offers a customer-friendly digital ecosystem with features such as a web link feature to start a live chat session or a web call directly from our customers, who previously served them. This makes it much easier for them to get answers quickly and conveniently without having to wait on hold while they figure out who they need to speak with.

I think the unified way to connect with the customers is the way to go. It's very important to engage the customers in the ways they would like to connect, not the other way around.

Not much, but if I have to think of one, it will be the data and handling of the conversations are all handed over to CINNOX, I'm more inclined to use CINNOX if they have APIs that I can integrate with our system.

**What do you like best about CINNOX?**

I like that the platform is very user-friendly, and the features are not overly cluttered. It is simple to navigate with a good interface, and also very importantly, easy to install the software by anyone in the company. The platform provides a multi-purpose communication tool that can be used for customer meetings and team collaborations. I also like that CINNOX offers toll-free numbers that you can use to receive all your calls and manage your records more conveniently within the dashboard. You can also upgrade to gain the feature to send and receive SMS. I heard that QR codes can be scanned for convenience by customers, to avoid filling in particulars. I've not tried this feature though and will be glad to do so. The video and audio are also excellent. Overall, a good platform to stay connected with your customers and colleagues.

**What do you dislike about CINNOX?**

I've not thoroughly explored the platform, however, I felt that the product demo could be well elaborated with an eloquent presentation. Not that it is a showstopper or anything, ultimately, the platform is incredibly easy to understand and utilize.

Ongoing communication with customers and the internal tea. The product is easy to install and creates a meaningful experience in handling the customers inquiry.

The interface and operational logic are not very intuitive, requiring time to understand and become familiar with. Although there are many features, they can be overwhelming for beginners.

You can use internet calls for outbound and inbound calls, and keep records. Additionally, the landline transfer feature is also great. Overall, the phone functionality is quite excellent.

**What do you dislike about CINNOX?**

Each user's data is not synchronized, making it impossible to tag each conversation or calculate the total number of quick replies used, which in turn makes it impossible to record the total number of issues and conduct data analysis. The interface is not intuitive enough; it is recommended to refer to the LiveChat interface. If the LiveChat interface could incorporate the advantages of CINNOX's internet calling, it would be the perfect software.

**What do you like best about CINNOX?**

The great thing about CINNOX (maaiiconnect) is the great user interface; it's incredibly easy to understand and utilize. The quality of the video and audio are also excellent and the product uses rather low bandwidth.

**What do you dislike about CINNOX?**

When we used CINNOX (maaiiconnect) the only platform that we could use it on was Google Chrome. Additionally, it would be great if there is some sort of free trial when upgrading to Pro; it gives the user a better understanding of whether it's worth the money.

When we were using the product, it was great at keeping ongoing communication with clients and management, especially during the past two years. Apart from that, the product was very easy to install as well.

**What do you like best about CINNOX?**

This is very amazing messaging software which is helping me to share the pictures and videos. Now I can easily take the pictures and share it with my team so that I can guide them about the flaws going on in the processes. Not only for the business, but I also used this application for my personal use as well.

**What do you dislike about CINNOX?**

I like this application for getting in touch with my well known customers, but it lacks the professional touch for permanent use regarding business for instance it fails to discuss important issues with numerous people. I think there should be option for screen sharing and there should be availability of conference call.

It is highly recommended software to almost all business sectors. While having chat you can send stickers to your friends which will add texture to our fun side. It is easy to use application and you can install it on your androids and I phone.

With this tool I can hold on the smooth running of the work flow. Further through videos, my team always update me about the transparency of the process am also using this application for connecting with my clients, through the caller ids I gave impactful experience to my customers.

**What do you like best about CINNOX?**

The best things about maaiiconnect are:
1. It has a great feature of QR code , which allows to share it with those who are willing to take your service and business solutions . 
2. Dashboard is easy to understand , which consists of important features like 'destination' , 'channel manager'  ,'workspace' , 'report' and 'my plan' as icons to easily locate things.
3. We can create maximum 10 accounts which is again a a great feauture .

**What do you dislike about CINNOX?**

Not much to say about the dislike , but two points where it can be improved :
1. Many of our clients are based in African countries like Saudia Arabia and Iraq , so for them it is difficult to understand English , so point is if maaiiconnect can add more languages to there web based platform ,then it would be good to grow and support our business.

If they can add more languages to maaiiconnect , then it will be helpful for both clients and vendors

We have been using maaiiconnect for 6+ months and experience is amazing as we are handling our customers , doing marketing , and growing our business with less cost . It is a cost effective tool which can be used on web based platform , so in this way we could able to access it from anywhere .

**What do you like best about CINNOX?**

maaiiconnect is a multi purpose communication software that can be used for customer meetings and for team collaboration. Through the widget, it allows customers to have live chats with you, start web calls and video conferences. In addition, customers can also scan QR codes for convenience. As far as team collaboration is concerned, maaiiconnect offers screen sharing as a feature alongside video conferencing. You can record and share all calls and conferences, and maaiiconnect also generates reports for these calls so you can keep better track of concerns and enquiries from the customers.

maaiiconnect offers a virtual toll-free number that you can use to receive all your calls and manage your records in a more convenient fashion within the dashboard. You can also upgrade to gain the feature to send and receive SMS. For the purpose of sending PSAs or making announcements, maaiiconnect allows you to send messages in bulk. Additionally, it can integrate with Facebook Messenger. 

Overall, maaiiconnect allows you to have more than one single way of communicating with customers and coworkers in one single platform.

**What do you dislike about CINNOX?**

I like my experience with maaiiconnect so far. But it would help a lot if there was a free trial for Pro. Before we upgraded to Pro at my organization, we were skeptical as to whether the cost and the features that come with Pro would be worth it. We're quite happy with it now, but making that decision would've been a lot easier if there was a free trial for us to try.

**Recommendations to others considering CINNOX:**

You can't go wrong with choosing maaiiconnect for chatting or having conferences with customers. I highly recommend it as the software is very promising and it's backed by a competent team.

**What problems is CINNOX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've been using maaiiconnect at our organization now to collaborate for projects with a small team that I lead. It is by far the best all-in-one communication software I've come across where I can easily manage and handle all my messages and phone calls in one window. This is incredibly helpful for generating reports of customer calls as they're not all over the place. maaiiconnect makes it so much easier to micromanage meetings. The benefit I've realized is that you can have up to 5000 mins of on-net call times that reses on the first day of every month.

**What do you like best about CINNOX?**

What I like best is how easy the interface and the dashboard are to navigate. This is very important for any software with no tutorials and maaiiconnect delivers on having a user friendly product. maaiiconnect provides a platform with multiple ways of communicating with clients. There's a live instant messaging feature in addition to being able to have audio and video calls. Keeping track of all the calls received has never been more easier and you can also see which call is being handled by which team member. As far as the quality of the calls are concerned, we're quite satisfied with their clarity. We often leave surveys for our customers at the end of our sessions and we've always gotten positive feedback for the call quality ever since we started using maaiiconnect as our portal.

**What do you dislike about CINNOX?**

While we're quite happy with maaiiconnect's performance, the minor issue we have is that the software only supports Google Chrome. We've tried opening the platform on other browsers such as Firefox, Opera, Microsoft Edge, etc but none of them allow us to log in. We get an alert asking us to use the latest version of Chrome and the log in button is greyed out and unclickable. Some of the systems we work on don't have the hardware requirements to run Chrome seamlessly alongside other software so having to close every window to open Chrome to handle customer calls is a small drawback.

**Recommendations to others considering CINNOX:**

For client interactions, I would say maaiiconnect's services are more than satisfactory. You can use it for free with up to 10 staff members, which is ideal for smaller teams. Their pricing schemes are quite affordable if you need to upgrade to suit your needs. Upgrading also offers additional benefits such as SMS features and a toll-free number that you can use to have clients contact you.

**What problems is CINNOX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've been using maaiiconnect to interact with our clients due to how user friendly it is. The software assures stability and reliability in terms of offering all the features that are promised. Not having to generate call reports manually is one of the best benefits of maaiiconnect as it does it for you automatically after each call. This also extends to live chats. Another major benefit is maaiiconnect is portable and can also be used on mobile devices. They also have a fantastic and competent support team with a strong social media presence to respond to your queries and resolve your issues as quickly as possible.

**What do you like best about CINNOX?**

maaiiconnect has a user-friendly interface with an intuitive dashboard that's easy enough to understand and use. It takes very little time to set-up and and provides an excellent platform for customer interaction through live chat, voice calls, and video calls. Video and audio are of good quality and bandwidth usage is quite low. It sorts all calls that are open, being handled, or missed automatically in the respective categories for easier means of monitoring them. maaiiconnect also allows report generation for calls, chats, SMS, etc in a convenient manner.

**What do you dislike about CINNOX?**

maaiiconnect currently has no support for WhatsApp or WeChat calls for some international customers.

maaiiconnect has been a fantastic addition to our organization. I recommend it giving it a try.

maaiiconnect has helped us strengthen our method and consistency of communication with our customers. It's quite convenient to be able to handle web calls, phone calls, SMS in one single platform with with no hassle in keeping track of them. Benefits I've realized is maaiiconnect allows us to have a toll-free number using which our customers can contact us. We're able to generate reports and analytics to further improve our customer interactions so that both sides end up being satisfied.

I am satisfied customer of maaiiconnect because of its services, which has provided me an exciting platform to stay in touch with my team. Not only I use it for my business purpose but also it is very reliable to stay in touch with my friends all around the world. One of the best things about this application is that is very light and works with great speed.

**What do you dislike about CINNOX?**

If I have to discuses an important issue with many people it is not convenient for me to drop the messages and to call someone in personal it does not provide any system of screen sharing and conference call. It is not a one window solution.

**Recommendations to others considering CINNOX:**

I will recommend this application to all those persons who mostly deal with their clients through chatting like there are many such type of customer services it will be very helpful for you.

**What problems is CINNOX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I never found any big issue regarding lagging. Further it is very simple, its interface is very appealing and I did not face any issue in its installation. It has eradicated the distances no I can easily carry on my work via maaiiconnect. In case of emergency situations I found it an effective tool for communicating with the team so that I can also have the idea about the working, no matter whether I am on the floor or not.

**What do you like best about CINNOX?**

It has to be the telco features. At first we were just comparing different solutions to Slack and tried out maaiiconnect, and then we realized how much more powerful it is over Slack due to all the nice offline phone features.

**What do you dislike about CINNOX?**

I think it's the fees related to air time, since I don't usually encounter these fees for online products but I think it's fair since it is like getting a sim card for your phone.

We are enjoying features of Slack but wanted to find another solution that offers phone call and sms features as well as online collaboration. We have lots of staff all over the world and Slack is great to help us work together through chat and sharing. However, it is often required for us to connect multiple agents/staff and customers for group discussion and the need of a solution that merges online calls and offline phone calls will be beneficial, and we are happy to discover maaiiconnect for this!

I don't have the technical background to understand the differences of software, but in comparison to a few other platforms I personally used such as Zendesk, Helpshift, Skype and Zoom, I find that maaiiconnect kind of like a mix of everything. To me, the ability for me to blast SMS from my own dashboard without going through another provider seems magical, and loved my dedicated toll-free number which makes my customer management so pro. I know there are similar things out there but I think maaiiconnect is great because it's so affordable!

**What problems is CINNOX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My company needs ways to reach our existing customers but not all of them provided us emails for EDM campaigns. We have many phone numbers collected but it is difficult for us to setup SMS campaigns because we need to use another service provider, which involves a lot of import and export of customer data and it is easy to lead to mistakes. With maaiiconnect, we are now able to centralize all customer data with our own CRM and able to blast SMS to our users with a few easy clicks, it even allows me to reach international customers with an accurate estimated budget calculation. Furthermore, we now have our own Toll-Free numbers so our customers from around the world can reach us more easily with trust. All at a very low cost.
