What do you like best about CINNOX?

CINNOX is developed by a telco M800 which provides DID, ITFS and SMS service, etc. Traditionally, we can only rely on PSTN to make an off-net call to communicate between customers and us.

After having CINNOX, our customers and us can cross-communicate between on-net and off-net; our customers can chat with us through a widget on our corporate website or use a direct web link. Moreover, it can integrate with the most popular social media platforms such as WABA, Facebook Messager, WeChat or other third-party platforms. So, our customers can also contact us through their favorite social media.

We can handle most inquiries on a single platform, especially during the pandemic. We do not need to make some changes on our PABX to set call forwarding and avoid disclosing our personal phone number. We only need a web browser or mobile app. Furthermore, CINNOX provides APIs for us to achieve different management, operation or reporting tasks, such as sending bulk SMS from a template or generating various kinds of reports. What do you dislike about CINNOX?

The system design of CINNOX may focus on marketing or sales, so the handler can only access their inquiries. If this platform is for the CS department, they cannot access all queries. So, it is recommended to make the platform more flexible. A particular profile will be applied after updating the organization's industry field, selecting a predefined department/team field, and adding more user roles and permissions. What do you like best about CINNOX?

We are a company selling herbal supplement and aromatherapy products and we use cinnox to help with our customer support. We promote our products and communicate with our customers using multiple channels including Facebook, DID number and wechat. With Cinnox, I can manage e customers inquiries all in one platform which is very time saving and convenient!

I also use cinnox to communicate with my oversea supplier as I can make international call in a good rates using Cinnox! I will recommend it to any companies who want to manage customer inquiries and do business international communication more easily! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CINNOX?

Cinnox provide a consist support team in case of any exceptions and their product team are willing to partner closely with us to ensure our needs are met. What do you like best about CINNOX?

I really like the fact that CINNOX offers a customer-friendly digital ecosystem with features such as a web link feature to start a live chat session or a web call directly from our customers, who previously served them. What do you like best about CINNOX?

What do you dislike about CINNOX?

Not much, but if I have to think of one, it will be the data and handling of the conversations are all handed over to CINNOX, I'm more inclined to use CINNOX if they have APIs that I can integrate with our system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CINNOX?

I like that the platform is very user-friendly, and the features are not overly cluttered. It is simple to navigate with a good interface, and also very importantly, easy to install the software by anyone in the company. The platform provides a multi-purpose communication tool that can be used for customer meetings and team collaborations. I also like that CINNOX offers toll-free numbers that you can use to receive all your calls and manage your records more conveniently within the dashboard. You can also upgrade to gain the feature to send and receive SMS. I heard that QR codes can be scanned for convenience by customers, to avoid filling in particulars. I've not tried this feature though and will be glad to do so. The video and audio are also excellent. Overall, a good platform to stay connected with your customers and colleagues. What do you dislike about CINNOX?

I've not thoroughly explored the platform, however, I felt that the product demo could be well elaborated with an eloquent presentation. Not that it is a showstopper or anything, ultimately, the platform is incredibly easy to understand and utilize. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
