You can use OCR to extract the important data sets. It also helps in comparing between original document versus the extracted data. Moreover, it also can be integrated with your legacy applications and synced upon data. **What do you dislike about Lyncs Contract Data Management?** Technology automation can be tricky sometimes, so with this solution sometimes it wrongly assumes some unstructured data where you have to be smart in correcting it manually. This tool can improve on that part. It can be added with some suggested conversions rather than just assuming it. **What problems is Lyncs Contract Data Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** we are a big organization and there are many contracts which we deal on day to day basis and it becomes practically impossible to go through each of this one. I use waitwhile and it has helped make contacting customers a lot easier. I like that I can contact cx and find their visit history **What do you dislike about Lyncs Contract Data Management?** The least thing i like about it is the glitches that sometimes occur. Sometimes it is hard to put my customer in my cue so i cannot get the accurate serving time. **What problems is Lyncs Contract Data Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am using waitwhile for customers to be able to wait in the store or in their car while waiting for their appointment.
