**What do you like best about Luxent?**

I value Luxent's experience in helping build solutions for the wireless business model. They align processes with systems, driving efficiency and visibility. I appreciate having a system that allows us to quickly react to business tasks through alerts and dashboards, which drives accountability. Luxent has deep knowledge of NetSuite and how different data aspects tie into accounting methodologies, providing great guidance and best practices. They are very easy to work with, quite responsive, and prioritize our best interests. I'm impressed by their ability to handle challenges, like working with another third party to integrate their service module during our solution implementation. They truly care about our business, showing interest in learning about it to help design a system that works for us. I also like that they continue to stay engaged and update us on improvement opportunities. I was and continue to be very pleased with their service.

**What problems is Luxent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Luxent aligns our processes with systems, driving efficiency and visibility. We react quickly to tasks using alerts and dashboards, improving accountability. Integrating contracts with service orders speeds up quoting and service, having all needed data in one place.

**What do you like best about Luxent?**

I really appreciate Luxent as a technology partner, especially for their role in building BERO's business system and helping implement NetSuite. They have enabled efficient and accurate access to crucial aspects like financials, order management, inventory, international operations, and data. Their professionalism, flexibility, and willingness to tailor solutions to our specific needs now and as we grow have been key to our partnership. Luxent acts as an extension of our team, being responsive, collaborative, and continuing to help us improve and innovate. Their strong expertise in NetSuite and ability to translate that into practical solutions are invaluable. I find their seamless implementation skills and ongoing support tailored to our needs instrumental to our success. They stand out for their managed services, expertise, and dedication to innovation and AI, which have led to significant efficiencies. I've truly appreciated their collaborative thought partnership and their willingness to meet brands where they are.

**What do you dislike about Luxent?**

Although we do multiple check-ins, given how quickly we are growing, additional forward-looking recommendations would be helpful to ensure we're fully leveraging everything NetSuite has to offer.

I use Luxent for NetSuite implementation, streamlining business operations like inventory and financials. Their tools and continuous support keep projects efficient and tailored, helping us innovate and optimize as we grow.

**What do you like best about Luxent?**

Their technical expertise and the ability to work with them directly. I'm not going through a project manager who relays to an analyst who then translates everything for an offshore technical team. I'm working directly with knowledgeable people who have taken the time to understand our business nomenclature and sales model, and it's the same people every time.

**What do you dislike about Luxent?**

Not much to say here. I've pushed them to be more proactive about pitching new ideas that continue the theme of technology growing with the organization. They took that feedback well and immediately adjusted how they approach our partnership.

**Recommendations to others considering Luxent:**

We're now in year three of working together and have turned over every other partnership except theirs. If you want to work alongside the people actually doing the work, Luxent is for you. If you value quick turnaround times and an "always be shipping" mentality, Luxent is for you. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for your NetSuite and Salesforce needs.

**What problems is Luxent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our organization had outgrown QuickBooks. Lot-tracked inventory, multiple warehouse locations, and manufacturing requirements demanded something more robust. Luxent helped us implement NetSuite, supporting everything from requirements gathering and process definition to organizational change management and ongoing support. Beyond NetSuite, they've been a great Salesforce partner as well, building custom Lightning Web Components and architecting the data sync between Salesforce and NetSuite. What set them apart was taking the time to understand our business and growth plans, then designing our systems so NetSuite and Salesforce could scale in lockstep with us. As a result, we have end-to-end visibility from sales through manufacturing and fulfillment, and a foundation we can build on without reworking our core systems.

I can't think of anything...  They did a great job for us!

**Recommendations to others considering Luxent:**

Make sure when you choose an implementation partner, you choose one who has a hard-working, experienced and conscientious team.  If software isn't implemented correctly, your company won't survive.  Luxent knows what they are doing and are a pleasure to work with.  All of our emails or calls were answered on a timely basis, and our NetSuite implementation was tailored just the way we wanted it.

The talented team at Luxent ensured every step of our NetSuite implementation was well thought through and implemented according to our requirements.

Not a whole lot - their services aren't cheap, but they're also worth it.

**What problems is Luxent solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Luxent helped us implement NetSuite.  We were using a different software to run the company and decided to switch to NetSuite and hired Luxent to help us with the transition and implementation.  There is no chance our transition would have gone as well as it did without Luxent.  The experience and knowledge they brought to the table 100% impacted decisions we made  and the success we've had.
