They are a true partner in the sense that they also understand what makes sense for your business at its given stage. They are responsive and helpful and have a sole focus on NetSuite unlike other VARs that implement and support multiple ERPs and software. **What do you dislike about Luxent?** There is really nothing- although Luxent personnel are in different time zones, finding times to meet and to get support has not been an issue. **What problems is Luxent solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used Luxent to help us with our ERP implementation to best fit our industry (healthcare) and determine initially the functionality that would best serve us as we prepared to launch our product while giving us solutions for implementation down the road for once we scale and add more users. Luxent is not only knowledgeable about NetSuite but also about business processes. ### 2. That being said, Luxent also offers a scope of services to include post-implementation support. **What do you dislike about Luxent?** After working with Luxent on at least a half-dozen projects (or more), we haven’t run into any issues that would prevent us from working with them again. They don’t pretend to have all the answers like some other system integration firms, but I actually see that as a positive rather than a negative. **Recommendations to others considering Luxent:** Talk to Luxent before you consider going direct to Oracle NetSuite. You will get more personalized service, more experienced consultants, and better results. System implementation projects have a tendency to take longer than expected at the cost that exceeds the original budget. When we are involved in assisting with the management of these key critical projects we find that Luxent is focused on implementing the solution while staying within the project timeline and budget. When changes occur, the options are discussed - for the purpose of getting client buy-in. As project managers we like that focus and approach. Also, if you are looking for a relationship with your systems integration partner Luxent is a wonderful choice. From our experience, business relationships matter to Luxent. **What problems is Luxent solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are an independent management consulting firm. We represent the best interests of our clients and we do not sell software. We have had the opportunity to manage client projects where the decision was to implement NetSuite as either a new or replacement ERP. On several occasions we selected Luxent to assist with the implementation and have never been disappointed. Luxent has both functional and technical consultants that can address the unique needs of our clients while keeping a focus on the overall project budget so that there are no surprises. The Sales team from the top of the organization to business development has always been flexible to our suggestions as it related to contract negotiations and working with our clients so that a project is a "win-win" for everyone. When it comes to implementing NetSuite for our clients our go-to team is Luxent! ### 3. They align processes with systems, driving efficiency and visibility. I appreciate having a system that allows us to quickly react to business tasks through alerts and dashboards, which drives accountability. Luxent has deep knowledge of NetSuite and how different data aspects tie into accounting methodologies, providing great guidance and best practices. They are very easy to work with, quite responsive, and prioritize our best interests. I'm impressed by their ability to handle challenges, like working with another third party to integrate their service module during our solution implementation. They truly care about our business, showing interest in learning about it to help design a system that works for us. I also like that they continue to stay engaged and update us on improvement opportunities. I'm not going through a project manager who relays to an analyst who then translates everything for an offshore technical team. I'm working directly with knowledgeable people who have taken the time to understand our business nomenclature and sales model, and it's the same people every time. **What do you dislike about Luxent?** Not much to say here. I've pushed them to be more proactive about pitching new ideas that continue the theme of technology growing with the organization. They took that feedback well and immediately adjusted how they approach our partnership. **Recommendations to others considering Luxent:** We're now in year three of working together and have turned over every other partnership except theirs. If you want to work alongside the people actually doing the work, Luxent is for you. If you value quick turnaround times and an "always be shipping" mentality, Luxent is for you. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for your NetSuite and Salesforce needs. **What problems is Luxent solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our organization had outgrown QuickBooks. Lot-tracked inventory, multiple warehouse locations, and manufacturing requirements demanded something more robust. Luxent helped us implement NetSuite, supporting everything from requirements gathering and process definition to organizational change management and ongoing support. Beyond NetSuite, they've been a great Salesforce partner as well, building custom Lightning Web Components and architecting the data sync between Salesforce and NetSuite. What set them apart was taking the time to understand our business and growth plans, then designing our systems so NetSuite and Salesforce could scale in lockstep with us. As a result, we have end-to-end visibility from sales through manufacturing and fulfillment, and a foundation we can build on without reworking our core systems. ### 6. We were using a different software to run the company and decided to switch to NetSuite and hired Luxent to help us with the transition and implementation. There is no chance our transition would have gone as well as it did without Luxent.
