**What do you like best about Luminote.io?**

What I like most about Luminote.io is its clarity and ease of use. The interface is very intuitive, and everything is well organized, which makes daily work much smoother. The platform is also impressively fast and responsive. I really appreciate how easy it is to connect with a CRM system, as it simplifies managing contacts and workflows. On top of that, the AI features are very helpful — they suggest next steps and support better decision-making.

**What do you dislike about Luminote.io?**

There were a few minor interface bugs at the beginning, but they were fixed very quickly. The team responded fast, and the updates resolved the issues without disrupting the workflow. Overall, it showed that they actively listen to users and continuously improve the product.

**What problems is Luminote.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Luminote.io helps solve the problem of scattered information and unclear next steps in daily work. Before using it, managing notes, CRM data, and tasks across different tools was time-consuming and inefficient.
Now everything is organized in one place, connected to our CRM, and supported by AI suggestions that guide the next actions. This saves time, improves decision-making, and keeps workflows clear and structured.

**What do you like best about Luminote.io?**

It’s fast, clean, and super easy to use. Right after a call it gives me structured notes + clear next steps, so nothing gets missed. I also love how much time it saves on CRM updates—way less copy-pasting and admin work. The follow-up suggestions feel genuinely useful (not generic), and the GDPR/privacy-first approach is a big plus.

**What do you dislike about Luminote.io?**

Nothing major so far. If I had to pick something, I’d love to see even more integrations and customization options over time.

**What problems is Luminote.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the biggest pain in sales workflows: messy meeting notes, forgotten action items, and time wasted updating the CRM after every call. With Luminote.io, I spend less time on admin and more time actually selling. It also improves handoffs internally, keeps pipeline info cleaner, and makes follow-ups more consistent—so deals move faster and the team stays aligned.

Honestly, it is hard to find much to dislike, but I would love to see even more third-party integrations added in the future to make it the ultimate all-in-one workspace

**What problems is Luminote.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Luminote.io basically kills the headache of juggling notes while trying to actually talk to people. It is a total lifesaver because the AI does all the boring transcription work for me, so I can just stay in the zone and get things done without worrying about forgetting a single detail

**What do you like best about Luminote.io?**

The product updates the CRM automatically while I’m working. It captures insights, summaries, and action items from meetings (without a meeting bot), creates follow-ups and tasks, helps me stay on top of those tasks, and gives us clear priorities on what to work on. It also creates a deal summary with all activities and recommendations.

**What do you dislike about Luminote.io?**

The UI could be better, and sometimes follow-ups need a second touch before sending. The integration with our CRM also isn’t very deep, so we sometimes have to do administrative work.

**What problems is Luminote.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps keep the CRM up to date, provides useful insights for the sales representative (from emails, meetings, tasks, deals), and gives managers a clear view of the current pipeline.

Somę of the initial AI summaries needed a bit of tweaking to match my personal tone, but the system learns quickly as you use it more.

**What problems is Luminote.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Luminote.io solves the nightmare of manual CRM data entry by automatically extracting deal intelligence from my meetings, allowing me to focus on selling rather than administartion.
