That said, it struggles with weirdly worded clauses. It takes away the mind-numbing grind, but you definitely still need to double-check its work. Great assistant, just not foolproof. Too Rigid with Nuance: It panics or flags false positives when faced with weirdly worded clauses or unusual deal structures that don't fit its pre-set playbook.
The "Illusion of Accuracy": Because it's labeled "legal-grade," it’s easy to get complacent, but subtle errors still slip through. You still end up doing fine-grained double-checking.
