The UI is intuitive and easy to navigate. We did run into a few minor interface glitches early in the implementation, but the LowerPlane team addressed them promptly as we reported them. There is very little to dislike. As the platform continues to evolve, we would welcome additional customization for certification-body-specific workflows, audit-stage dashboards, report generation and complex multi-site or multi-entity engagements. The price is the best differentiator. We've spent so much on competitors for what we believe to be a very straightforward process, so paying what we believe is fair has been the best thing.
