What do you like best about LowerPlane?

What we like most about LowerPlane is their commitment to keeping our compliance project on track. Throughout our ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and SOC 2 certification journey, the team was highly responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive. They held regular review meetings to confirm we were progressing against the agreed timeline and quickly stepped in to resolve any blockers.

LowerPlane offered very competitive pricing compared to other compliance providers we evaluated, making it an excellent value for the quality of service they delivered. From the start, we were assigned a dedicated project manager who closely monitored the progress, coordinated activities, and ensured everything stayed on schedule. During the onboarding phase, members of their senior leadership team also joined the initial calls to understand our requirements, answer questions, and help set the project up for success. This gave us a lot of confidence in the team.

What do you dislike about LowerPlane?

The UI is intuitive and easy to navigate. We did run into a few minor interface glitches early in the implementation, but the LowerPlane team addressed them promptly as we reported them. Their fast turnaround and clear willingness to improve the platform showed that they have a dedicated, responsive engineering team working behind the scenes. What do you like best about LowerPlane?

LowerPlane has made our SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance journey much more organized and manageable. The platform provides a clear framework for tracking controls, collecting evidence, managing policies, and monitoring compliance progress in one place. The intuitive interface makes it easy for both technical and non-technical team members to stay aligned throughout the audit process.
