## About Love Invoicing
Love Invoicing is job management and invoicing software for tradespeople and field service teams, accessible via mobile and desktop. It combines quoting, scheduling, worker tracking, proof of work capture, and invoicing in one platform. Branded invoices with automated payment reminders are generated, and accepted quotes automatically schedule jobs. Users can manage schedules, assign tasks, and track progress from a centralized interface. Inventory management tracks stock levels and integrates items into invoices, while GPS tracking provides real-time crew visibility. Proof of work features capture photos, GPS data, and signatures, compiled into branded PDFs. A dual-app setup separates admin functions from field worker tools, ensuring secure access to jobs, navigation, and completion tools. VAT and Construction Industry Scheme deductions are automated. GDPR-compliant data is hosted in the UK, with customer data import and CSV export. Users retain access to records after cancellation.
