Inventory management tracks stock levels and integrates items into invoices, while GPS tracking provides real-time crew visibility. Proof of work features capture photos, GPS data, and signatures, compiled into branded PDFs. A dual-app setup separates admin functions from field worker tools, ensuring secure access to jobs, navigation, and completion tools. VAT and Construction Industry Scheme deductions are automated. GDPR-compliant data is hosted in the UK, with customer data import and CSV export. Users retain access to records after cancellation.
