Some of the team were using other note takers but this goes a step beyond and is a fraction of the price considering i can invite the whole team onto the Loopion platform for one price! Such a massive saving and the fact that it performs so well and is easy to use its amazing how AI can be so smart in capturing what needs to be done and whenever i need any sort of tech support its so easy to contact someone within the Loopion organisation. ### 2. Instead of actions ending up in meeting notes that I may not look at again, I have a clear view of what needs completing and when. Being more organised with my own actions has also had a positive effect on my team. There is greater clarity around responsibilities, I spend less time checking where things are up to, and our projects are more consistently staying on schedule. **What do you dislike about Loopion?** The only issue I have encountered is when several people attend a meeting together from the same room and device. Unless we clearly say who an action is for, Loopion cannot always identify the correct person, so I occasionally need to assign it manually afterwards. That is understandable because it cannot automatically know who is physically present in the room, and it is easy to correct. **What problems is Loopion solving and how is that benefiting you?** Previously, it was easy for smaller commitments to become buried in meeting notes or everyday workloads. Loopion keeps those actions visible and gives me a much clearer picture of what both I and my team need to complete. It’s easy to leave a sales or client meeting with five agreed actions, only for some of them to become buried in notes and lose visibility a week later. Loopion captures each action, clearly identifies ownership, and keeps outstanding tasks visible until they are completed. I particularly value the carry-forward functionality. When we return to the next meeting, we can immediately see what was previously agreed, what has been completed, and what remains outstanding or overdue. This makes follow-up much more structured and effective, without relying on someone to manually chase the team. Ask Loopion is also extremely useful when we need to quickly locate a specific decision, commitment, or piece of information from an earlier conversation. Overall, it feels much more focused on driving actions and getting work completed, rather than simply functioning as another AI meeting notetaker. **What do you dislike about Loopion?** One area for improvement is that Loopion can occasionally take a few moments longer than I’d like to refresh or update, particularly when moving between meetings or reviewing actions. That said, this is a relatively minor point. When I first started using an earlier version of Loopion, there were some occasional bugs and inconsistencies, but those issues have since been addressed. The platform has continued to improve significantly, and the current version feels much smoother, more reliable, and seamless to use than it did in the early stages. **What problems is Loopion solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before using Loopion, one of the recurring difficulties we faced was making sure the outcomes of meetings translated into action. Discussions could be productive, but once everyone returned to their day-to-day responsibilities, it wasn’t always clear what needed to happen next or who was responsible for taking things forward. Loopion has helped bridge that gap by turning key points from conversations into clear, trackable next steps. It has also helped us improve the way we manage ongoing conversations with clients and internally. Rather than treating every meeting as a separate discussion, Loopion gives us a much better sense of progression. We can see where previous conversations left off and use that information to make subsequent meetings more focused and productive. Another area where we saw a clear benefit was accessing information after a meeting had taken place. Previously, finding a particular detail could mean searching through emails, handwritten notes or different documents. With Loopion, information from previous discussions is much easier to locate, which saves time and means we can spend less time looking for information and more time acting on it. What makes Loopion different is the way it supports teams once the meeting has finished. Actions are clearly assigned to owners, deadlines remain visible, and any outstanding tasks can be rolled forward into future meetings rather than disappearing into notes or follow-up emails. The Teams integration is especially valuable because action reviews sit directly within the platform the team already uses. This gives everyone a clear view of new actions, completed tasks and anything that is overdue. Another standout feature is Ask Loopion, which allows users to quickly find information from previous meetings. Whether you need to know what was agreed, who is responsible for an action, or what tasks remain open, the answers are available instantly without having to sift through old meeting records. For organisations that spend a lot of time in meetings but struggle to maintain consistent follow-through, Loopion addresses a genuine and common challenge. **What do you dislike about Loopion?** There’s very little to say at this stage, except that not having to waste time typing everything out and trying to recall what was agreed has already saved me hours upon hours each week. **What problems is Loopion solving and how is that benefiting you?** Well i know longer have to type of tons of meetings notes remembering who agreed what and then trying to remember for the next meeting what sat with who. It keeps the actions visible and helps me stay on top of what I have committed to completing. That improved organisation also trickled down to my team. It became easier to manage everyone’s actions, maintain momentum across projects and make sure work was being completed on time. **What do you dislike about Loopion?** There isn’t much that I dislike. The only limitation I have experienced is during meetings where several people are together in the same room using one device. Loopion cannot always know exactly who an action belongs to unless the person’s name is clearly stated, so I occasionally need to assign the action manually afterwards. It identifies the key actions, makes it clear who is responsible for each one, keeps track of anything still outstanding, and carries unresolved items over into future meetings so nothing gets lost. This has been especially valuable for things like policy updates, audit actions and follow-ups, where having a clear owner and deadline is essential. **What do you dislike about Loopion?** There isn’t really anything I dislike about Loopion. It’s a refreshing product, and I haven’t come across anything that I would pick out as a negative. **What problems is Loopion solving and how is that benefiting you?** We started using Loopion because we found that actions coming out of our compliance and governance meetings were being captured, but weren’t always being followed up consistently. Since introducing Loopion, we’ve seen a noticeable improvement in making sure those actions are tracked and completed.
