It's one of the worst hosting platforms, and has terrible customer service. I've had a number of billing issues with the company, none of which Loopia was willing to resolve. It's "low cost" for a reason. I wasn't surprised when I found out that the company's entire database was leaked after a breach in 2017. Just glad I had moved on by then. The support! The company completely lacks in user support. I was charged after I cancelled and could never get a hold of an actual human being to help me! I love being able to use a software that allows me to host my site and also register my domain in the same location. As a busy entrepreneur, anything that can save me time and allow a 360 approach of taking care of these items is so amazing. I just don't know about these. I paid for a domain on their website (cheap one) And i change my nameservers to an another server i have to handle the domain for me.
