Especially when it comes to project management. The platform is intuitive, reliable, and has streamlined the way we plan, track, and deliver work. The interface is clean, easy to navigate, and fits seamlessly into our day to day workflow. On top of that, the team at Loop Logics are fantastic to deal with, always helpful, responsive, and genuinely committed to supporting us and improving the system. **What do you dislike about Loop Logics?** At times the software can be a little slow to load when switching between larger projects. This was chewing up valuable time and resources, I knew there was a better way but I just had to find the right system for the stage of our business. Right from the start from receiving an initial contact from Aaron to talking with Aaron over the phone his professionalism and easy going communication drew me in and made me feel comfortable talking about what we were after and how LOOP could assist. We instantly felt part of a team. This progressed to a video meeting and demo with Aaron and Jordan where again the customer service was outstanding, we genuinely felt like the team wanted to work with us and find solutions to our challenges. There was no pushy sales pitches or hassling just genuine support and information to help us make the right decision. At the time we were considering another full time employee position however, since implementing LOOP we have been able to scale our business without any additional staff. Our system and operations are more organised and efficient since implementing LOOP. Less double handling information, working across multiple platforms and improved storage of information and sharing of information to clients and sub contractors. The customer service has continued throughout our time with LOOP wherever we have questions or need something built in the background of LOOP. Since switching systems we are 40% larger with no increase in headcount. As a service provider to the insurance industry an audit trail is critical. Loop logics keeps everything in one place and is easy to navigate. **What do you dislike about Loop Logics?** The system is was not customisable so we had to change some processes to start with to work with the Loop system. As I mentioned in the positives in the end it was a blessing because it meant that we could capitalise on the efficiencies but there was some up front training required which the Loop onboarding team were fantastic in providing. **What problems is Loop Logics solving and how is that benefiting you?** AI scheduling AI Compliance AI and Automated Processes in Job Managment ### 4.
