We reached out to the team at LOOP after our business growth had seen us stretched across multiple systems and platforms. This was chewing up valuable time and resources, I knew there was a better way but I just had to find the right system for the stage of our business.

Right from the start from receiving an initial contact from Aaron to talking with Aaron over the phone his professionalism and easy going communication drew me in and made me feel comfortable talking about what we were after and how LOOP could assist. We instantly felt part of a team.

This progressed to a video meeting and demo with Aaron and Jordan where again the customer service was outstanding, we genuinely felt like the team wanted to work with us and find solutions to our challenges. The system is was not customisable so we had to change some processes to start with to work with the Loop system. As I mentioned in the positives in the end it was a blessing because it meant that we could capitalise on the efficiencies but there was some up front training required which the Loop onboarding team were fantastic in providing.
