Within 20 minutes of purchase, I contacted them to cancel and request a refund, yet they only offered a partial refund of less than 30%. I didn’t download a single logo, and I’m sure they can verify that yet they still refused to refund the full amount. If I had known this was for one logo only, I would have chosen the one-time $20 option instead. It’s frustrating that a company would rather cling to a small amount of money than prioritize customer satisfaction. This feels like a poor business practice, and I’ll be sharing my negative experience widely. In just a matter of minutes you can input your name, general field, and give feedback on symbols and designs that you like. This then feeds into their algorithm to give you designs they believe you will like the most. The designs in general are nice and clean. **What do you dislike about Looka?** Although Logojoy does provide great options and an intuitive interface, you are very limited on customizing your logo. Besides changing basic color schemes and adding or removing a predefined symbol you are unable to customize the logo further. **Recommendations to others considering Looka:** An awesome option if you want standard templates that look really pretty. I am trying this tool frim past 7-8 months and have have a good experience. I like one of its feature very much i.e. get 20$ of money just for sharing promo to the other who are interested in this and that 20$ can be uses to buy primium logos. Really this is just something that everyone will like it. **What do you dislike about Looka?** I am a big fan of 3D logos, but it is not able to create any type of 3D logos even when i am paying for it and Its another demirit is once you have finished with the logo, you have to buy that particular logo, you cant use it as a sample. So if you want to pay some dollars, then it would be a good option. **What problems is Looka solving and how is that benefiting you?** Everyone knows that every brand will need a specific logo from which that particular brand is known in the world so yes i too needes it to make some logos for my business and yes i would like to say that it has helped me in very positive manner. It will then take these choices and kick out dozens of customized logo options for you to use. Its quick and easy to use, anyone can do it. Typically these logos end up being placeholders for companies that need to put themselves out there quickly, before having a chance to really nail down visual identity **What do you dislike about Looka?** Some of the logos come out looking somewhat bland and generic, but others feel fresh and new. On the actual branding side of the equation, if you take your business seriously and are looking to create a brand that resonates with your target audience, this is like a cheap bandaid. **What do you dislike about Looka?** Essentially, you can design a logo using colors and fonts, but you will in no way end up with a unique, customized logo to make your brand stand out and attract customers. Even with the premium version, you basically get what you designed for yourself. Their pricing is reasonable considering you get a color palette and all kinds of variables along with the PDF. **What do you dislike about Looka?** There really is not a lot of full customization. The software will provide recommended colors and fonts, but none that you can seek out. This leads to a lot of manually scrolling and updating until you get exactly what you're looking for. **Recommendations to others considering Looka:** If you need a logo for something small, this is the perfect solution. However, if you want a lot of oversight on the design elements or a more distinguished logo, you're better off working with a professional designer. **What problems is Looka solving and how is that benefiting you?** I needed a simple logo fast and cheap for my nonprofit startup. All of these are easily mix and matchable which makes choosing (or even user testing) very easy. **What do you dislike about Looka?** The icons are pretty basic and I think the search functionality should work a bit better. An AI element which would recommend icons (or terms to search) based on your past searches and liked icons would have been helpful. **Recommendations to others considering Looka:** Use it to save time and use it quickly. Naming and Logo was such a battle between my co-founders and I. I wish we had used LogoJoy sooner. However, if you're a B2C product, you will almost certainly have to rebrand at a later period.
