LOKDOS Reviews & Product Details

Lokdos is a Swiss SaaS platform that automates the entire rental application process for landlords and real estate agencies. For each listing, Lokdos generates a unique email address and a dedicated application link. Landlords simply share this link on any portal (Homegate, ImmoScout24, Newhome, Anibis) or via direct contact — applicants fill out a structured multi-step form, upload their documents, and submit their complete dossier in minutes. Inbound emails sent to the listing address are automatically parsed by AI, extracting applicant data and routing it directly into the dashboard — no manual input required. Landlords get a centralized dashboard with all applications organized, timestamped, and comparable side-by-side. No scattered PDFs, no chasing missing documents, no back-and-forth. Built for the Swiss market, Lokdos handles the full rental workflow: application collection, AI-powered email parsing, document management, and dossier review — all in one place.
