"Session Replays, performance, and errors—all without changing my workflow"
4.5/5
What do you like best about LogRocket?

One of the features I use the most is Session Replay, and it does a lot more than just record the screen. It captures the full context of a session, including user interactions, navigation, network requests, console errors, and other important events, all in one place. Most of the time, replaying a session is enough for me to understand a bug that would've taken hours to reproduce on my own. Even with all that information, moving between session replays, errors, performance metrics, and events feels really smooth. I never feel like I'm jumping between a bunch of different dashboards just to figure out what's going on. Another thing I appreciate is having Core Web Vitals, performance insights, JavaScript error tracking, and network monitoring built into the same platform. Instead of switching back and forth between different tools, I can handle most of my debugging without ever leaving LogRocket, and honestly, that saves me a lot of time every week. What do you dislike about LogRocket?

One thing I've learned is that Session Replay isn't meant to replace good event tracking. Sometimes I can see exactly what a user is doing, but without the right custom events, I'm still missing the "why" behind those actions. That's where good instrumentation makes all the difference. LogRocket is already a great tool on its own, but once you combine it with a solid analytics strategy, it becomes much easier to understand what's actually happening instead of just watching a replay. "LogRocket’s Detailed Session Replays for Critical Product Development Tasks"
4/5
What do you like best about LogRocket?

I think logrocket does an excellent job helping the user search for and access key video reviews. It provides a simple and elegant interface, event logging for key user actions taken, and is a critical tool for better understanding user activity in-app Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogRocket?

A couple areas of improvement:

- LogRocket only allows me to look back over 3 months of activity. Sometimes I wish I could go deeper in reviewing user activity, or see user interaction with deprecated features

- I can't download user sessions. In an age of AI, I want to be able to access the raw video to plug into claude, not just a share link

- The AI summary is very sparse and rarely captures the holistic activity across the session. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Session Replay and Network Usage Make Debugging with LogRocket Key"
4.5/5
What do you like best about LogRocket?

I use the session replay and the network usage constantly. I'm a software developer, and so this really helps me debug my software. It's really useful to see the user details and scrub through the times and see how they interacted with the app. Usually a customer reports an issue, and then I have their email. I immediately go to log rocket and type in their email and then pull up their relevant session. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogRocket?

Some of the more advanced filtering I do not enjoy, and I especially want to filter based on network events. I noticed for that one, you have to create a filter, and then it'll start tracking it, but by the time I create the filter, it's usually specific enough that I need the filter to work right away. For example, I know of an error message that occurred, and then I want to filter any of my network events in LogRocket to see where that error message comes up. I can't see previous events. I can only see future ones with the save filter system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"LogRocket Makes Performance Troubleshooting and Team Collaboration Effortless"
4/5
What do you like best about LogRocket?

Using LogRocket makes it easy for me to spot and troubleshoot performance issues. The UI/UX patterns are clear, so it’s simple to see what users are doing and understand where things go wrong. The AI agent also saves me time by reviewing session recordings while I’m working on other parts of my projects. It helps our team communicate better as well, since we can show bug severity more clearly and connect everything through the JIRA integration. I thoroughly enjoy the ability to edit and create dashboards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogRocket?

As a first-time user, I found the onboarding could have been much more specific. A guided tutorial option would likely help close this gap for new users. As it was, I had to schedule extra meetings just to fully understand how the system works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"LogRocket Makes Debugging Faster with Clear Session Insights"
5/5
What do you like best about LogRocket?

LogRocket helps me monitor how users interact with our redesgined product and its been really helpful for understanding customer behavior and seeing where the website can be improves. Installing the package was fairly straightforward and setting up the integration was simple as well and debgging ia much faster now and the client API usage together with visualizations makes it easier to pinpoint issues from reports wvwn during initial setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogRocket?

LogRocket is easy to navigate, but sessions could be surfaced with a simpler configuration. Id also like more customization around search keywords, ser identification, bugs, insights, user data tracking and error bug fillters, so its easier to slice the data use it as a funnel and isolate specific sessions. "Smooth Session Replay with API Calls View Makes Debugging Efficient"
4.5/5
What do you like best about LogRocket?

I like how easy is to get started to understand the platform flows, I work as a software engineer and my most common use case is to track and evaluate how the user got into a bug or issue in our platform. we combine it with Sentry to have a pretty clear picture of the bug.

It's Session Replay works smoothly even for long sessions , having what the user saw and the api calls on the same view is really useful to have the most important things to do my work efficiently Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogRocket?

Sometimes is quite hard to filter out sessions to catch the one I am trying to look for; I usually forget that the "Last Day" filter is there by default and it takes me some time to realize and adjust.

But generally the search has so many options and it's hard to know which one is the one you are looking for Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its also easy to manage the coding tools and the code. Claude curosor cloud agent every day finds areas of improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LogRocket?

LogeRocket has a support chatbot, but its slow and the replies always feel like geneetic AI Style messages. It isn’t a good fit for my workflow. It often feels like I have to maintain everything myself and even through the platform includes various functions and features, the support chatbot still doesn’t feel really helpful and consistently comes as AI rather than real support.
