I find LocoNav's user interface to be just average, and the GPS updates only somewhat accurately. The devices can be faulty; out of the 9 we got, 3 frequently went offline on their own, needing service tickets that take 2 to 3 days at times to resolve. We even had to replace 2 faulty devices. The customer service is really bad. It took 2 weeks to resolve one issue and months for another. Raising support tickets is almost useless; they get automatically closed without reaching out to us. They claim we didn't 'respond' to a cleverly hidden comments section for these tickets. Their after-sales service is just the worst, I'd give the product a 3/5 and the service a negative 1/5.
