Teams can migrate to cloud (AWS) 6x-10x faster and get self-serve access to cloud infrastructure for day to day deployments, automated CI/CD pipeline from Github, pre-configured open source monitoring stack and more. Setting up an environment is easy, and deploying my platform updates is a breeze. Plus, the support has been amazing! While the complexity of AWS is hidden away, you are still able to access and customise the various services if the need arises. For example, we have been using PlanetScale for our Postgres database, and we have had to customise the VPS settings to enable private link data connections. Pricing is perfect and scales as we grow. Right now, we are a small team, but as we grow, we can add members based on their need for managing our stack. **What do you dislike about LocalOps?** There is nothing I dislike about LocalOps. Every time we have encountered an edge case, the LocalOps team has added features or improved existing solutions. **What problems is LocalOps solving and how is that benefiting you?** AWS EKS is complex to set up and use, and LocalOps takes the pain away for teams while still giving you the power to adjust underlying AWS settings when needed. ### 2. And their support/documentation is very good. **What do you dislike about LocalOps?** Nothing major to pin point. Great team to work with. **What problems is LocalOps solving and how is that benefiting you?** LocalOps can spin up identical environments in any connected cloud account and give a continuous delivery pipeline for all those accounts. SuprSend is using this to offer BYOC (Bring your own cloud) deployments or In-VPC deployments its data sensitive enterprise customers. All our BYOC deployments will work the same way. We have now unlocked new enterprise customer segments by partnering with LocalOps as our BYOC distribution partner. ### 3.
