Lobbychat Reviews & Product Details

Lobbychat is an AI-powered chatbot designed specifically for hotels, helping hospitality teams answer guest questions, improve communication and support direct bookings. Available 24/7, Lobbychat provides instant responses to common enquiries about hotel facilities, services, room options, dining, local attractions and more. It helps reduce repetitive questions for hotel staff while making it easier for potential guests to find the information they need. Lobbychat supports multiple languages, can guide guests towards a hotel's direct booking channels and allows hotel teams to manage chatbot information, responses and guest enquiries through a simple dashboard. Unlike solutions that require complex integrations or lengthy implementation projects, Lobbychat works alongside a hotel's existing systems. It can be installed on a website using a simple code snippet or through the dedicated WordPress plugin. Lobbychat also offers personalised onboarding, with the setup and initial chatbot training handled by our team. Hotels can currently experience Lobbychat through a complimentary six-month trial, with no obligation to continue afterwards.
