The app is straightforward and easy to figure out. We were able to start using it pretty quickly, and it’s been useful for keeping our cargo vans moving more consistently. I’ve also had good experiences with support whenever we had questions. **What do you dislike about Load Work?** I’d like to see more filters for load searches and maybe a few more features for dispatchers, but it seems like they’re actively improving the platform and adding updates pretty often. **What problems is Load Work solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before using Load Network, finding decent loads consistently was taking up a lot of time every day. Having access to verified brokers in one platform has made things a lot simpler for us.
