Littlebird is an AI assistant for founders and small teams that connects context across meetings, documents, and apps to draft follow-ups, prepare briefs, and update connected tools. Your work is scattered across calls, documents, messages, and projects. Littlebird pays attention to the active window you're working in, captures meetings with no bot on the call, and optionally connects to your tools. That context becomes a searchable, encrypted cloud memory. Littlebird puts your work context to use: - Chat answers questions about your work with sources and helps draft emails, updates, and documents. - Littlebird prepares briefs and presentations, writes Notion pages, opens GitHub pull requests, updates connected tasks, and can send email from Gmail. You inspect the work, change it, and approve what goes out. - Projects organize chats, files, and meeting notes, including shared team projects. Meeting Notes transcribes audio playing on your computer without a bot joining the call. Littlebird produces a structured meeting summary with an executive summary, action items, decisions, and risks. Meeting Prep draws on your work context to brief you before a meeting, and summaries can go to attendees from your Gmail. Only the transcript and summary are stored, not your meeting audio. Routines run scheduled work, including a Monday brief, weekly recap, or inbox triage. Describe what you want, then receive a report based on your work. A Routine can generate a fresh PDF or document each run. Hover opens Littlebird over the email, spreadsheet, or page in front of you. On Mac, double-tap Option to ask about your current work without attaching it first. Connecting tools is optional. More than 100 integrations are available on paid plans; the free plan connects Gmail and Google Calendar. Supported actions depend on the integration. For example, Outlook supports inbox search and reply drafts, but not sending. Littlebird is available on Mac, Windows, iOS, Android, and web. Privacy and security Littlebird reads active-window content without recording video, storing screenshots, or logging keystrokes. Password managers are auto-excluded, and credit-card numbers and API keys are redacted before storage. Work memory is encrypted in the AWS cloud. Littlebird never sells your data or uses it to train models. You choose what Littlebird sees, can pause collection, and can delete your data.

What do you dislike about Littlebird?

I think it may slow down my computer a little bit. I sometimes have to restart it when i want to ask it something. I am not sure when or if i will have to start paying for it. There is no way of seeing how many questions i can ask it. i only know when i'm about to run out. It was really easy to set up and check activity on a daily basis and i like th way to integrates nicely when seeing all my apps. What problems is Littlebird solving and how is that benefiting you?

the main thing is that it acts as my personal assistant a it produces grerat summaries and immediate action points after meetings. I used o have to take extensice notes and lose focus in the meeting. This used to make the meetings longer. Now ally have to do is listen, contribute and act in meetings with 100% focus, knowing everything is being captured 100%. I think it has helped me reclaim at least a 3rd of my time during the working day as i do not have to go through all my notes or send meeting minutes. It has made me a lot more productive. I previosuly had to have another assitenace not contributing to the meeting, having to take notes. that was more costs to me. for a small business, all of this matters Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Littlebird?

What I like best about Littlebird AI is how it truly understands what I’ve been working on throughout the day and brings it all together in a way that supports how my brain actually works. As someone with ADHD, staying organized can be a challenge, and Littlebird helps bridge that gap by keeping everything connected and easy to revisit.

I especially love the daily recap and morning brief, they give me structure without feeling rigid, and help me start and end my day with clarity. It’s not just another digital notebook, it feels more like a living, breathing assistant on my computer that helps me stay focused, organized, and on top of everything as a solopreneur. What do you dislike about Littlebird?

At this point, there’s nothing I actively dislike, it’s already supporting me in ways that genuinely make a difference in how I work day to day.

If I had one suggestion for improvement, it would be better support for working across multiple devices. I switch between a MacBook Pro and a Mac Mini for different types of work, so having the ability to identify or select which device I’m using would make the experience even more seamless and tailored. What problems is Littlebird solving and how is that benefiting you?

Littlebird AI helps solve the constant mental overload that comes with juggling too many thoughts, tasks, and ideas at once. For me, it helps my brain slow down and focus on what actually matters, instead of bouncing between what feels like a hundred million open tabs.

As someone who manages a lot as a solopreneur, it brings structure to my day without making me feel boxed in. It captures what I’ve been working on, organizes it in a way that makes sense, and gently guides me back to priorities when I start to drift.

The benefit is huge, I feel more grounded, less overwhelmed, and more productive without the pressure of trying to keep everything in my head. It’s especially powerful for people with busy or “messy” brains, because it doesn’t just store information, it helps you actually make sense of it and move forward.
