I have a new issue needing advanced support at least once per month and I know that I can always count on their team to help me get out of a jam. What do you dislike about Liquid Web? I honestly don't have anything that I dislike. I guess they could always be cheaper but I don't feel like I'm paying too much as it is. I've been with Liquid Web about 4 years now, and their tech support can't be beat! I'm a developer, so I've had occasion to interact with 30+ hosting companies over the 12 years I've been in business, and these folks really know their stuff! I typically have the problem of knowing more than the person I'm trying to get to fix my issue, but that's not the case at Liquid Web! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Liquid Web? I can't really say there's anything that I dislike about LW. Maybe that they don't have SSO for people (like me) who need access to multiple accounts. I've been with Liquidweb for a few years and the service, price and attention to detail is fantastic. No question is an issue, always very helpful and will above and beyond to help out if asked! The migration team are great as they will move over any site required from other hosting if you ask for free. They are also great at looking into small tweaks you may need if your not that confident at making server edits. When i first started i used the support team a lot which was a great resource. I've been through many hosting providers and these guys help with thing other providers would say 'it's your job to know how to do this-we only host it'. One guy stayed on the phone with me for 2 hours when I switched from a Magento site to a Wordpress site. He made sure everything was how it should be. 10/10 will recommend.
