We have 2 servers with LW and manage approx. 20 websites. I have a new issue needing advanced support at least once per month and I know that I can always count on their team to help me get out of a jam. I've been with Liquid Web about 4 years now, and their tech support can't be beat! I'm a developer, so I've had occasion to interact with 30+ hosting companies over the 12 years I've been in business, and these folks really know their stuff! I can't really say there's anything that I dislike about LW. Maybe that they don't have SSO for people (like me) who need access to multiple accounts. A consolidated dashboard for access to everything I manage would be nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The migration team are great as they will move over any site required from other hosting if you ask for free. They are also great at looking into small tweaks you may need if your not that confident at making server edits. When i first started i used the support team a lot which was a great resource. Liquid Web is great. I've been through many hosting providers and these guys help with things other providers would say 'it's your job to know how to do this-we only host it'. One guy stayed on the phone with me for 2 hours when I switched from a Magento site to a Wordpress site. He made sure everything was how it should be. 10/10 will recommend. I've been a LiquidWeb customer since 2013 and have hosted dozens of sites on my Cloudserver. I would never consider moving to another web hosting company.
