**What do you like best about Line2?**

Line2 is cost effective, I think about $10 per month and it serves the purpose of adding a second line to an existing phone.

**What do you dislike about Line2?**

There are some downsides. Texting is glitchy and it only allows one photo (attachment) per text, Not great if, like me, you need to send multiple photos, you end up needing to send multiple texts.

**What problems is Line2 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I didn't want to have two separate phones but still wanted to separate work calls from personal calls. Line2 solves this issue by allowing two lines on one phone.

**What do you like best about Line2?**

One device , two lines makes it a lot easier to communicate with clients that have different lines of products. I sell for multiple companies and Line2 makes it seem that there is a dedicated line for THAT business.

**What do you dislike about Line2?**

So far I haven't seen a downside to the Line2 app. It does what it says it does. Initially, there was an issue with connectivity when switching between lines but that seems to have been solved.

**Recommendations to others considering Line2:**

At the very least, give it a try. It saves time and expense in that you only need one device instead of two.

**What problems is Line2 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Again, being able to have a "dedicated" phone number for each line of business makes me appear more professional rather than just answering ONE line for all lines with a "Hello, This is John speaking" type of answering when calls come in.

**What do you like best about Line2?**

Line 2 is a user-friendly application that works well with those that are in a rural living situation. The service does not require excellent internet.

**What do you dislike about Line2?**

The service is VERY sporadic. We have quite a bit of downtime and it seems to be more frequent.

**What problems is Line2 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Line 2 is our backup VOIP provider and is used for our marketing team that lives in a rural situation.

Probably the feature I liked most about line2 was the call through option to make calls from another phone using my line2 caller ID

**What do you dislike about Line2?**

Call quality on mobile data was lacking and there is no virtual receptionist option

Line2 allowed me to seperate personal and business calls

I love the ability to see all user activity.

**What do you dislike about Line2?**

Time to resolve issues was not convenient in URGENT cases. I would have loved more access to support.

We are a fully remote global team located across many continents and customers around the world so we use Line2 to connect.

**What do you like best about Line2?**

I love that Line2 can be set up on any device using their app.  I have it on my computer and iPhone to keep me connected out of the office setting

**What do you dislike about Line2?**

The connection on calls is not as perfectly clear as it could be all the time.  The app also needs updating frequently

Line2 has helped significantly for out of office work, we can take calls on any device anywhere now

Customer service is always quick to respond.

**What do you dislike about Line2?**

The wifi calling always failed on my phone. I had to switch to my regular service and could not see numbers or caller IDs. Frequent service problems.

Line2 was not solving my probelms so my company switched to a new system.

A second line for my phone, so that I don't have 2 phones.

**What do you dislike about Line2?**

Stoped calls, not working all the time, and poor call quality.

**What do you like best about Line2?**

This is easy to use and manage, the call quality is great. Can be used on mobile and desktop devices. Easy to configure extensions. Overall experience is great.

**What do you dislike about Line2?**

The Android app wasn't alerting when a call came in and it was quite frustrating. I thought it was a failing of the app and could not find any help online. However, when I finally contacted support, they were helpful and the app is now working correctly.

**Recommendations to others considering Line2:**

Give it a try, you should be happy with it if your needs are simple and straightforward.

**What problems is Line2 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's easy to manage inbound calls and send and receive texts. My previous VOIP solution charged extra for text functionality but it is included in Line 2 Pro. The app is easy to use on desktop and mobile so it's easy to send or answer calls. Making outbound calls is much easier with this service.

We liked how easy it was to deploy and get our team up and running

**What do you dislike about Line2?**

We think their support for one off questions could be better they do have a good faq set of answers but when you need direct help that's harder to come by.

**What problems is Line2 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving unified communications.   Biggest benefit is mobility.

I like that it has text features and calling feature. Also that even if you don't have wifi for the service you can use your data to answer calls.

You can save number seperately from your personal address book.

I am able to have a second phone number for my business operations on my one device.

The issues I saw were having multiple people using the same number.

It was great, but we did come across issues when trying to use it for large scale numbers in dif markets.

As a small business owner, I really like not having to carry a 2nd phone with me.  When searching for an app-based solution, Line2 was an affordable choice 

**What do you dislike about Line2?**

We’ve had a few minor issues of calls rerouting to the wrong number but that’s been several years ago. 

**What problems is Line2 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like being able to identify business calls that are coming in through the app on my personal cell phone so that each call is answered appropriately.

**What do you like best about Line2?**

Mobile app and solution dashboard are convenient and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Line2?**

I continually have issues with dropped calls, call quality, my phone not ringing when someone is calling me.  Responsive customer support but there is always a "work around" provided but no resolutions for the ongoing issues I have.

**Recommendations to others considering Line2:**

Most current users of Line2 I know today are not happy with the product.  If you are a new user, do your homework and be sure you get the level of support you need to rectify issues you have.

**What problems is Line2 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Primary business number for calls, messages, text services.  Initially this was a good solution when I purchased it 2 years ago but since then the problems have been too numerous to list here.
