**Describe the project or task LimTC helped with:**

I was looking for Experts in the field of Marketing to join my team considering that 2 Reward ME is a new project empowered by Clearline Mobile, a leading marketing platform that has been in the market for more than 10 years. So I hired a Digital Marketing Director and a Social Media manager with no hassle and at a very affordable rate. They boosted the pace and I was able to launch 2 Reward Me on the planned date of the launch. I never expected outsourcing to be that effective, their team understood my market very quickly and was able to approach the market and face the challenges. They have taken a load off my shoulders, they surprised me with running the project smoothly and finding solutions to any problems they meet. Now I can rely on them and focus on my core functions and my other projects.

**What do you like best about LimTC?**

They are trustworthy, transparent, and reliable. They were able to understand my requirements and were able to offer me the expertise I was looking for. They took the extra mile and offered services that were not on their portfolio.

**What do you dislike about LimTC?**

It will always be a financial factor. I believe they are a bit expensive, however, their pricing is reasonable for the value they deliver. Their team is built of professionals in different fields and it makes sense that keeping them on-board has a high cost!

**What problems is LimTC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I wanted support to launch my project in time and a team to rely on to deliver excellent service to my customers. My customers are mainly C level and to meet their expectations and deliver excellent service is a bit difficult, however, they were able to make that happen. The Marketing Director should take ownership of the platform, he is responsible to attend online meetings/pitches, work on proposals, onboard clients, support customers, and work on proposals for other identities as well.  The Social Media Manager has to manage all the social media accounts of the company, attend to customer inquiries, and act as a community manager.

It was a risky move, but it was worth it!

I was able to launch my project in-time, got more organized, and had a team to support me with their experience and knowledge. My social media has been successful and I was able to organically generate engagement and increase my followers.

I was working for a company as Head of Business Development and we needed support concerning sales and services. In both areas LimTC especially the chairman Anton did a great job. But his team was as well always very dedicated and supportive. Anton had a good feeling for the people and the targets that should be reached. 
He led his people with strengths, figures and trust.

**What do you like best about LimTC?**

The respect everybody within LimTc is treated and the understanding of clients values and targets.

**What do you dislike about LimTC?**

It is difficult to find German speaking people.

**What problems is LimTC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We increased the sales figures.

I outsourced all my sales and customer support tasks to LimTC for our Software businesses.

**What do you like best about LimTC?**

Very professional to work with and they are experienced in Sales, they were easy to integrate with and followed our brand's strategy.

**What do you dislike about LimTC?**

So far working with them has been easy and don't have any complaints as of yet.

**Recommendations to others considering LimTC:**

If you are looking to outsource your sales team, I would recommend using LimTC instead of going through the hassle of training them yourself :)

They have helped relieve the stress of hiring and training salespeople, and basically all of our HR issues.

**Describe the project or task LimTC helped with:**

Customer Chat Support service of theirs was exceptionally beyond my expectations. I wonder how any global businesses could survive without such cost effective and yet punctually creative solution.  It is very hard to find a professional organization like Limitless  in midst of thousand brands out there offering same services as them. They truly deserve a recognition  on this global market place.

**What do you like best about LimTC?**

Timely reporting on outcome with clarity and learnings. It has helped my business growth a lot as real feedbacks do come from end customer and monitoring those pain points and delivering it as a value addition should make Limitless highly invaluable choice for any brands.

**What do you dislike about LimTC?**

Communication barriers are always going to be in existence due to cultural differences.  Accepting the differences and hearing their true intent should be the key though it is not always a possibility.

**Recommendations to others considering LimTC:**

It works differently for everyone. I would only say it is worth trying and experience it for yourself.

**What problems is LimTC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Collation of customer pain points without having to ask for it was brilliant ! They are helping me do sales  and tech online support with my new food app launch for  restaurant owners in multiple markets. And I feel
very thankful  everyday for their support on this important operational function of my business.

**Describe the project or task LimTC helped with:**

Today I have a virtual assistant who is always in communication with me through Slack, Zoom,  Whatsapp, Phone calls, and SMS helping me with all my documentation and managing my calendar and even joins me in my meetings using Zoom to take minutes of the meeting. I have also used their sales services and hired 1 sales member, and honestly, he generated more leads than my physical sales employee, they have increased our leads with approx. 300% they Tripled our leads! I felt like he was living here and not offshores, they were able to understand my TA and knew how to reach them and through which channels

**What do you like best about LimTC?**

They are very friendly and cooperative, at all times i can reach my VA through different communication channels. They Generated more leads than my physical employee

**What do you dislike about LimTC?**

Honestly, their pricing is fair for the value they deliver, but still, in comparison to companies out there, they are a bit expensive.

**What problems is LimTC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have generated more leads than my current full time employee, they made the process smooth and simple
