I appreciate Lil Big Things stepping in when another vendor fell short in their brand design. Aditi and Sreeram did a great job creating video templates that incorporated brand visuals, including logo polishing, watermark, title cards, name cards, thumbnails, brand guides, and logos. I think Lil Big Things could improve by having more strategic initiatives and paying more attention to detail. Their design sophistication was sometimes lacking, making the results feel amateurish and not polished. There was also no copywriting provided. Additionally, the website didn't evolve into a stronger narrative, partly due to the lack of marketers on the client side, but also budget limitations. The homepage improvements took too long, and when Aditi, who was experienced, left, our strategic momentum suffered.
