LightWork AI Reviews & Product Details

LightWork AI builds agentic AI for UK residential agencies. Our AI agent, Felicity, handles property operations end-to-end across lettings, sales, market appraisals, and maintenance. She answers calls and emails, books viewings, triages repairs, and resolves around 80% of enquiries autonomously, 24/7, without needing human input. Agencies can customise her tone, qualifying questions, lead scoring, maintenance urgency prioritisation, and agents per branch, so she fits your operation from day one. LightWork is built to remove the repetitive, high-volume admin from property teams so they can focus on relationships and revenue. Felicity integrates directly into your CRM (Alto, MRI Software, Street.co.uk, and Loop), so nothing lives outside your existing systems. LightWork is ISO 27001 certified, SOC 2 audited, and GDPR compliant. Learn more at www.lightwork.co.
