They’re always willing to help if you have any questions or run into issues. It only takes one threat that is identified and acted on to make the cost of the software worthwhile. I would need a team of two, full-time employees to produce what Liferaft delivers on a daily basis. **What do you dislike about Liferaft?** The software does generate a significant volume of information that requires review, and the tools do allow you to adjust queries to reduce false positives. In our case, the volume issue is largely on us, because our institution does not have a unique name and that results in lots of false positives. **What problems is Liferaft solving and how is that benefiting you?** It provides an organized view of potential online threats that we might not otherwise know about, or that might only be flagged to us by someone else. Our comms team uses similar tools, but their focus isn’t the same as ours. It gives me peace of mind knowing that if a threat is made out there, I’ll be one of the first to hear about it. ### 2. The entire team has been amazing—from sales to support—and everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely fun to work with. The new AI reporting capability is a game changer: intelligence analysts spend less time bogged down reviewing posts and more time thinking critically about the results and turning them into actionable recommendations. **What do you dislike about Liferaft?** Traditional reporting features are not super helpful. I would like to see it produce more visuals that could be used in reports. This may be a good AI use case! The dashboard function could use some updating to be more of a command center. **What problems is Liferaft solving and how is that benefiting you?** Liferaft helps us solve client problems efficiently and effectively. We are quicker to identify risks which makes us quicker to respond. ### 3. The global search, dark web, and people search functions are powerful too. The new AI tools are becoming my favorite as they can parse large volumes of posts quickly, saving me hours, and answer specific questions related to threats and PII. I also found the Liferaft team, particularly Taryn, very helpful in teaching me how to use the platform, and overall, it's a powerful and easy-to-use platform that aids in building a comprehensive view of online sentiment and identifying key individuals involved in driving that sentiment. **What do you dislike about Liferaft?** The cases can sometimes act a bit janky, as is the process for adding/creating new cases. A full list of my queries doesn't always populate when I am trying to create a case; it seems to be a recurring bug. **What problems is Liferaft solving and how is that benefiting you?** Liferaft gives me a broad yet concise view of social media, connecting data across platforms. Its AI tools efficiently parse large volumes of posts and identify threats, enhancing our threat monitoring service with powerful searches on global and dark web platforms. ### 4. The platform is incredible as well, it works efficiently especially with large amounts of raw data. Easy to set up queries, alerts and customize it to my needs within my company. **What do you dislike about Liferaft?** Would like more to be done to auto-update queries in real time and really put an alert right in front of me (opposed to just email) that I need to take action. Maybe to also build out / structure deep web query sections more to make setting up a query easier and less selections. **What problems is Liferaft solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's helping me keep quick tabs on what I need to know regarding my company's Execs & Talent, Events with regards to online chatter or threats. This decreases my time in manually searching and allows me a higher level view to see what is captured. Second is the alerts on items that are of concern, allowing me to have timed notifications for updates which helps me follow up and saves time researching. It helps with my performance, and the ROI is beneficial since I can now do more analysis instead of manual digging. The staff is 10000% the reason why I stay as they are open to helping me understand and build items that I can actually use. ### 6.
