Data streams come either from the company bank accounts or its finance / accounting software, and can be done without any technical knowledge. Their extensive list of bank integrations made it very easy for us. I didn't expect such a smooth process. First results showed after no longer than 10 minutes. The fact that I've been able to customize complex roles on my own for a company with 200+ employees was unexpected and - as a SaaS expert - mind blowing. **What do you dislike about LicenceOne?** Automated workflows based on SaaS usage would be a plus. The usage tracking from the Google Workspace combined with the browser extension is decent. I would appreciate more granularity. **What problems is LicenceOne solving and how is that benefiting you?** The company stops wasting money on SaaS, which is the third most expensive budget after payroll and marketing. As Sellsy's head of IT, I can say that continuous savings on license management is a must-have for a growing tech company. The ROI was above 200% for us. First because we spent too much on SaaS, and second because LicenceOne is the less expensive option for the feature it offers compared to other tools. ### 3. One of the best things I like about this software is its ability to reveal the software subscriptions we actually have, and show us potential savings. As an agency owner, I've been able to track apps that my team is using without letting me know. I had the info to eliminate unnecessary subscriptions from day one (!) Another thing that I appreciate is its user-friendly design and best-in-class self-service onboarding. **What do you dislike about LicenceOne?** On the downside, LicenceOne updates its data every 24 hours (when you connect it to the company bank account). I'd love to be aware of new software subscriptions in real time to be able to review it before an employee subscribes. This feature is still possible thanks to their browser extension, but every employee must install it. **What problems is LicenceOne solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a business owner, with a focus on company spendings, and a team full of tech-enthusiasts... One of the biggest challenge that I face is when money is spent on a new tool that someone likes to try... And the company ends up paying for it when -in the end - no one is actually using the tool (!) It also happened that we have something similar already. LicenceOne alerts and its offboarding feature has allowed me to optimize my organization's technology stack and keeps on doing it without further efforts. ### 5. After another 5 minutes, all the software subscriptions showed up in one place + the history over a year. I receive a notification for renewals and any time someone subscribes to a new SaaS. **What do you dislike about LicenceOne?** To get very precise data on SaaS usage, every employee needs to install the browser extension. Still, the Google Workspace integration gives a first overview on who has access to which tool, but it isn't exhaustive. **What problems is LicenceOne solving and how is that benefiting you?** Knowing who has access to which software and how many SaaS we use internally was time-consuming for everyone. LicenceOne has it automatized. We were able to cut some subscriptions that weren't used anymore.
