I use this the way a plaintiff firm uses it, to find people. The search form takes a name and whatever address we have. Results come back in a few seconds with addresses, phones, relatives and associates. The part that earns its keep is the record linking, which pulls old addresses and name variations onto one person so I am not guessing which Michael Torres is ours. For service of process that is most of the work done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Records go stale without saying so. I have sent a process server to an address that was two moves out of date, which costs an afternoon and a fee. Pricing runs per report. I think twice before pulling something I only half need. Support answers, though the first reply is usually a link to the documentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
