We are a very Innovative forward thinking organization, and LevelShift helps us maintain that year over year. **What do you dislike about LevelShift?** They help on our Service Desk within our organization, and that can be hit or miss sometimes. Overall the support is good and beneficial to our organization, there are just some support services that we would like to revisit with them. In spite of this, they are always willing to hear us out and improve the processes when necessary. **Recommendations to others considering LevelShift:** LevelShift primarily deals in the Microsoft space, they absolutely can help with Application development, overarching technical reviews and insight, as well as Service Desk support. But their real power is in how well they understand and know the Microsoft environments. For those who are Microsoft shops they will really be able to help you push your systems to the next level. If you are not a Microsoft shop, they still have valuable insight and technical understanding to help you with larger projects or simply a review of your technical setups. **What problems is LevelShift solving and how is that benefiting you?** LevelShift helps us in many technical areas of our organization, they assist with our Service Desk, they have built applications for us, they are assisting us implement and standup a CRM. The support is particularly valuable in the SCM and Finance areas. I also find the service exceptional in converting a concept into a system functional design.
