I’ve had a great experience using Lev Capital. What I appreciate most is how efficiently the platform handles the financing process. It gives me access to a broad network of lenders, lets me compare financing options quickly, and streamlines the entire loan placement workflow from start to finish. The interface is intuitive, communication is seamless, and it saves a significant amount of time that I’d otherwise spend reaching out to lenders one by one. As a commercial mortgage broker, having a platform that improves speed, transparency, and execution is a real advantage. If I had to highlight one area for improvement, it would be to expand the lender network even further and keep enhancing the accuracy and depth of the lender-matching process. There are still times when I need to reach out to lenders outside the platform for niche or highly specialized deals. What problems is Lev solving and how is that benefiting you? Lev addresses one of the biggest challenges in commercial real estate financing: efficiently identifying the right lenders for each deal. Rather than spending hours researching lender appetite and sending deals out one by one, the platform streamlines the workflow by matching opportunities with relevant capital providers, centralizing communication, and helping me track the financing process from start to finish. As a commercial mortgage broker, it saves me a significant amount of time, expands my reach to lenders I might not have otherwise considered, and lets me focus more on serving my clients and closing transactions. One area for enhancement would be leveraging AI more extensively to keep lender information, contact details, and platform data continuously updated, resulting in even greater accuracy and efficiency. I use Lev to underwrite and help identify lending relationships, which does a lot of the heavy lifting typical for an underwriter or analyst, allowing me to keep my staff very lean and save business costs. I like using the lender search tool and the OM builder tool. I also enjoy using the pipeline because it helps me understand where my deals are and increases the chances of getting successful terms. It makes my deals go out in front of as many people as possible and helps all my packages come over in a professional way to lenders. Additionally, the initial setup of Lev was very straightforward.
