What I appreciate most is how efficiently the platform handles the financing process. It gives me access to a broad network of lenders, lets me compare financing options quickly, and streamlines the entire loan placement workflow from start to finish. The interface is intuitive, communication is seamless, and it saves a significant amount of time that I’d otherwise spend reaching out to lenders one by one. As a commercial mortgage broker, having a platform that improves speed, transparency, and execution is a real advantage. I’d definitely recommend Lev to anyone who wants to make the lending process more efficient. **What do you dislike about Lev?** If I had to highlight one area for improvement, it would be to expand the lender network even further and keep enhancing the accuracy and depth of the lender-matching process. There are still times when I need to reach out to lenders outside the platform for niche or highly specialized deals. Even so, Lev has continued to evolve, and the efficiency it brings to sourcing and managing financing opportunities more than outweighs those limitations. **What problems is Lev solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lev addresses one of the biggest challenges in commercial real estate financing: efficiently identifying the right lenders for each deal. Rather than spending hours researching lender appetite and sending deals out one by one, the platform streamlines the workflow by matching opportunities with relevant capital providers, centralizing communication, and helping me track the financing process from start to finish. As a commercial mortgage broker, it saves me a significant amount of time, expands my reach to lenders I might not have otherwise considered, and lets me focus more on serving my clients and closing transactions. That added efficiency and transparency ultimately help me deliver better financing solutions and move deals forward more quickly. ### 2. In particular, Ryan has been an outstanding resource, consistently providing support and adapting to our needs throughout the financing process. **What do you dislike about Lev?** I have not identified any significant downsides. One area for enhancement would be leveraging AI more extensively to keep lender information, contact details, and platform data continuously updated, resulting in even greater accuracy and efficiency. **What problems is Lev solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lev has helped us streamline our lender outreach by enabling a more targeted and customized approach. Ryan and the team always stay in touch to ensure we know of the updates and upgrades that are released. Platform is extremely easy to use and we have harvest many benefits from it in multiple fronts - origination, uncovering new relationships, market analysis. **What do you dislike about Lev?** At this point we have not experience any dislikes. And Lev continues to further enhance their product which keeps them ahead of the dislike curve for our use. **What problems is Lev solving and how is that benefiting you?** Bridging the gap of finding lenders out of our direct markets as well as facilitating cadence of follow up and quote matrix building. ### 4. I like using the lender search tool and the OM builder tool. I also enjoy using the pipeline because it helps me understand where my deals are and increases the chances of getting successful terms. It makes my deals go out in front of as many people as possible and helps all my packages come over in a professional way to lenders. Additionally, the initial setup of Lev was very straightforward. **What do you dislike about Lev?** They're walking through the bug technical issues. Just basic bug fixes for now. **What problems is Lev solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Lev to underwrite and identify lending relationships, helping reduce the workload for underwriting or analysts.
