I use Lev to underwrite and help identify lending relationships, which does a lot of the heavy lifting typical for an underwriter or analyst, allowing me to keep my staff very lean and save business costs. I like using the lender search tool and the OM builder tool. I also enjoy using the pipeline because it helps me understand where my deals are and increases the chances of getting successful terms. It makes my deals go out in front of as many people as possible and helps all my packages come over in a professional way to lenders. Additionally, the initial setup of Lev was very straightforward.
