Onboarding was smooth from the very beginning. The UI is clean and intuitive to navigate, and the documentation is clear and thorough, so we were able to get set up without any guesswork. The integration for AI agents works really well and aligns with how we build. The biggest advantage for us is full data sovereignty in the EU. We run a property-management platform that processes tenants’ personal data, and being able to keep transactional email with a European provider was a deciding factor. To get started, implementing Lettermint is really easy. They offer an excellent API for sending emails, and it also makes it simple to manage your account, including things like verified domains.
