LetSorted Reviews & Product Details

LetSorted is property management software built for UK self-managing landlords with 1–5 properties — the 1.4 million people who manage their rentals independently, without a letting agent. Most landlords still rely on spreadsheets, folders and WhatsApp. LetSorted replaces all of that with a single platform that covers the complete tenancy lifecycle — and automatically builds a court-ready evidence trail as you go. Key Features AI Tenant Screening — Invite candidates to upload bank statements. AI analyses income stability, affordability, debt load, gambling activity and spending patterns. Works for any applicant, including those without UK credit history. Move-in & Periodic Inspections — Room-by-room photo documentation, reviewed and signed by both landlord and tenant. Timestamped PDF generated automatically. Your strongest evidence in any deposit dispute. Compliance Tracking — Gas Safety, EPC, EICR and other certificates tracked with expiry alerts. Missing certificates can invalidate a Section 8 notice. Rent Tracking — Full payment history with late payment flags and automated reminders. Maintenance Logs — Every request timestamped and tracked from submission to resolution. Immutable audit trail. Tenant Portal — Tenants access documents, submit maintenance requests and review inspections — no app required. RRA 2025 Compliant Contracts — Assured Periodic Tenancy agreements, digitally signed with IP address and timestamp.
