While the platform is generally reliable, we’ve encountered occasional syncing delays between the dashboard and end-user email accounts. Additionally, some formatting limitations within the design editor can be frustrating when trying to match very specific brand styling. It would also be helpful to have more flexible reporting or analytics on banner engagement. And sometimes when I reach support, it's located in Canada or very off times where I'm located, which is not their fault, but I thought I would put that on here.
