What do you like best about Letsignit?

What I like best about the solution so far, is the ability to push and quickly update the signatures to all users without the individual user needing to do much of anything inside their local email client settings. The ability to push these changes through the API has made it very easily manageable! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Letsignit?

There are a couple parts of the system on the design side, then take a little bit of getting used to and have a small learning curve. Small bugs in the system sometimes will not save certain changes and must be received… But these are small issues that once you understand how to use the system, are no problem! I have not yet figured out how to use the reply signature… So I must reach out to Support, but I’m sure they’ll be willing to help once I reach out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Letsignit solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keeping a uniform brand identity across all email channels has been very useful and beneficial for us so far! Certainly have enjoyed the ability to keep the signatures uniform in the same across all channels. One benefit that we have not yet taken advantage of, but I plan to… Is using the ability to set up targeted ads for specials at our individual dental office locations across the country. What do you like best about Letsignit?

Being able to easily mix and match signatures and campaigns based on people's profile. Then using custom field to create groups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Letsignit?

Hard to see for a given user what they have access to. Requires lots of rigor when you need to have clearly separated groups. Also would love to be able to let users pick their default signature out of a pre-approved set. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Letsignit?

Letsignit is truly the ideal application for managing and making your collaborators' email signatures more professional. Everything can be individually configured if you wish... The management of marketing banners is a real plus! And the stats allow you to steer your campaigns more precisely... What problems is Letsignit solving and how is that benefiting you?

Without an internal IT service and in the process of transforming our company's image, changing the email signatures of our fifty or so employees became problematic: I asked them many times to make changes in their Outlook... this could be a source of error... and above all, it's not their job! Letsignit allowed me to manage the changes across all our employees' signatures very easily! And the icing on the cake: the marketing banners are a real plus in our external communication. What do you like best about Letsignit?

Standardize signatures for all users easely, Also the ability to manage campains, automatically for all the users. very neat and professinal. Perfectly integrated with the Microsoft apps. Simple, elegant and powerful way to create professional signatures even if you are not a designer. The fact that you can track statistics about the e-mails sent and signed, clicks on the different links on your signatures. You can really measure the effectivness of your communication. What do you dislike about Letsignit?

Editing the signature is not very ergonomic. Setting up the service wasn't very easy and straight forward. There is no preview on the smartphone app, so it can be confusing for the users, the end up signing twice the mail when writing from the smartphone. The fact that you can't easily add/ remove licences as people are entering and leaving the company is sad, you have to write an e-mail to your commercila, wich will treat your request quite fast, but still the ability to do it directly from the admin console would be appreciated. What problems is Letsignit solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having up to date information in the signature and the same professional format it's the best feature. Simplify the onboarding. Whe a new emplyee joins the company, I no longer need to worry about installing his signature. Even the app is set up automatically with Intune, he has just to log in and everithing is there. This saves a lot of time! Letsignit gives us a new channel of marketing communication with our clients. You can easily set up a communication for a new article on the blog, an event, an opinion or anything you want, and automaticalle every e-mail is signed with thi is very powerfull. "Letsignit a great signature tool"

What do you like best about Letsignit?

No longer managing signatures and having beautiful signatures. We have the ability to include links in the signature to LinkedIn profiles, Facebook, URLs to web pages, etc. It's intuitive, easy to use, and we were able to deploy the software via GPO on all our client workstations. The integration with Outlook was seamless and made it easy to use the new signatures. The software runs in the background and remains very discreet, over time you even forget that the software exists. What do you dislike about Letsignit?

Nothing for the moment, I haven't found any drawbacks to using this software. We just "struggled" to deploy the software via GPO, but the problem was more with the active directory itself. "Robust email signature management"

What do you like best about Letsignit?

Finally, a platform where I can manage all the signatures for my team in one place. I can create multiple, customized signatures based on department, role, or any other variable. The support is fairly quick. They are based in Europe, so the timezones can be tricky for the USA when it comes to after-hours support.

Overall this is the most robust system I have seen to help manage, customize and implement email signatures for a reasonable price. It's completely affordable!

What do you dislike about Letsignit?

Old school invoicing for payments. Can be cumbersome to set up (depending on your organization's email rules and email platform), but once you have it rolling it is easy. It's not immediate when I request more user licenses.

It was also not clear how the email signatures would be implemented after we got the signature set up. The simple explanation is that you do NOT include an email signature, and this software service automagically appends it to the end of all your emails on all devices. Recommendations to others considering Letsignit:

Make sure you give it about 5-7 days to get this set up and working. The billing will be sent via invoice. I highly suggest you create a spreadsheet with all your team's information that you want to be installed for signatures before you purchase the software.

What problems is Letsignit solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed branded email signatures for our growing company. The sales team, marketing, executive and HR teams all need to have different information on their signatures. This helped us keep it altogether in one place.

Their support was helpful when we started out, and it took them about 24-48 hours to help solve some of our initial problems. We installed their software on our Mac OSX laptops, only to learn that we didn't need them unless we were using Outlook natively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"My signature are awesome because of a great company"

What do you like best about Letsignit?

The personal attention I have recieved over the years. When I signed up for Letsignit I was solving an issue I was having after moving to Office 365. I was previously an on-prem Exchange customer and was using another company to standardize my signatures. After I moved to Office 365, the process I had was permanantly broken. During my onboarding I discovered that there was some functionality I was requiring to convert from a trial to a paid customer. After meeting with the team, they quickly addressed my concerns and built the additional functionality into their product for me. Personally it has been a very interesting to see the product evolve in design and functionality over the years and I have enjoyed watching the team grow.

The Signature design tool on their portal makes it very simple to achieve a very nice looking signature that you can standardize with your firm. I was able to build multiple signuatres templates and dynamically assign them to various employees based up Azure AD attributes that the platform is syncing from.

The agent you install on the users computer is easy to deploy and doesn't take up a ton of resources. I have never had an issue where the agent caused issues to my end users computers.

I know that there is some exciting things in store for Letsignit and I am excited to see how the product evolves with the changes in Office 365. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Letsignit?

Sometimes you may have to break out Google Translate if you are not a French speaker. There have been times where the documentation or communications hasn't been translated to English. What problems is Letsignit solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem I had was when I moved to Office 365 I lost my automated signautre process. This is due to the way Office 365 is architected vs on-prem. Once I got the hang of configuring the product to fit my needs, I was able to produce very slick looking signuatures for my firm that gather many compliments. We have been using the Letsignit solution for over 5 months now. We are very satisfied with the solution. We greatly appreciate the simplicity of setting up this solution (the software installs in a few clicks and support is there to help you). Thanks to Letsignit, all our email signatures are harmonized and updated simultaneously, which was difficult to achieve before (we used to do it manually).
