Everything that could be an issue, has already been thought of or resolved. The one thing that could be better is translation and subtitling in the tool for multilingual audiences. Really can't come up with anything else. My colleagues and I were not familiar with LGD but after logging in (in a hurry) it felt very natural. Everybody understood where to go and what to do, unlike previous experencies we've had with other parties. **What do you dislike about Let's Get Digital?** I found the coloring of the application itself sometimes a bit too much. I would personally prefer a softer color. **Recommendations to others considering Let's Get Digital:** The application feels very natural and does what it promises. I was surprised by the carrousel where I video talked to other attendees. That was new for me and better than I expected. **What problems is Let's Get Digital solving and how is that benefiting you?** Working with a digital solution instead of in-person meetings saves travel time since we work in various cities. Especially when colleagues don't need to attend the entire day, but just one element, it is nice to be able to work for half a day and just log in for the part you are interested in. ### 4. Not only the fact that you must have a clear view of what you want to achieve, but also a lot of effort to coordinate, upload and check before going live. My advice: Hire a specialist or find someone with experience willing to take the role of "Platform content expert'. **What problems is Let's Get Digital solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main reason for using the platform was due to COVID restrains. For us as organizers it was great working with this software and with Let's Get Digital. There are a lot of other virtual platforms but I always think they are too advanced/complicated to navigate through or the price is really high. We will definitely use LGD for our next online events as well. **What do you dislike about Let's Get Digital?** Of course you always have to deal with visitors with bad internet connection or other problems. This is not due to anything not working from your side and most of the time can be fixed but still not nice for the attendee. **What problems is Let's Get Digital solving and how is that benefiting you?** As an international organization, this was the only way to (e-)meet during the pandemic. The benefit is that people do not have to travel and can still do their daily job whilst listening to the online event. ### 8. The closest thing to a physical event. As a participant, you feel right at home as soon as you enter the lobby, where a live host welcomes you. We did not have any real issues. **What problems is Let's Get Digital solving and how is that benefiting you?** We've been able to host two successful online events when offline was not an option because of covid. Throughout the whole event, the interactive experience was as smooth as could be. Although we held just one presentation at a time, it was clear that it would have been straightforward to have had multiple simultaneous sessions and that attendees could have easily switched between sessions if they wanted. ### 10.
