Also ease of implementation and integration with other software I feel in the organisation and customer support is also good. I put all the leases in the Less accounting software and every day or month I am updating it. Features of the software also good, its have a very good dashboard for broder view. **What do you dislike about LessAccounting?** Sometime if your internet connection is not good, you have to reter the data. **What problems is LessAccounting solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps to track all the financials transaction and it benefit my organisation by keeping the finance organised. ### 2. The documentation is so well written and easy to understand that even me, an individual with no accounting experience is able to manage the expenditures of my organization. **What do you dislike about LessAccounting?** Some advanced features available in other accounting softwares are not available in LessAccounting. The api functionality is not allowed so we cannot link our banks and other bookkeeping software to LessAccounting. **What problems is LessAccounting solving and how is that benefiting you?** LessAccounting is very helpful for our organization. It has enabled us to maximize the savings by helping us understand expenses deeply. We can now manage all our accounting work on our own without hiring a contractor from outside. ### 3. Organising all the bills itself was a tiring task before and using Less Accounting has been an easy process. **What do you dislike about LessAccounting?** I have not found much of the dislike part but would love it if they had a software or app to download so as to make things easier. It depends on the use case organisation to organisation but It would be great. **What problems is LessAccounting solving and how is that benefiting you?** Especially invoice management helps a lot along with the tax filing features. It has a good system for accounting such as for billing, invoicing and accounts receivable management. Also, it has a clean UI to showcase priority data, which saves a lot of time. **What do you dislike about LessAccounting?** The application is great, however, I feel one area is improving the application to ensure it is as fast as possible and ensuring it is compatible with mobile devices. **What problems is LessAccounting solving and how is that benefiting you?** We keep track of all my bank accounts, pay bills and generate invoices for clients, and easily see what money we have coming in and going out. Lacks task panels to allow better organization of daily work. **Recommendations to others considering LessAccounting:** Less Annoying as a CRM was created for small businesses that need a simple, intuitive, affordable, and easy-to-learn contact manager. Less Annoying, with a fresh logo of saturated blue and white tones, offers the potential user a complete and comprehensive product at a low cost. **What problems is LessAccounting solving and how is that benefiting you?** Less Annoying for our marketing team turns out to be an excellent CRM package and tools with which to manage our portfolio of contacts and suppliers. The software is easy to install, access to the program, and provides us with a tangible interface that is easy to navigate between its panels. We can manage our customers with whom we can design better plans to meet their needs. We can collect information on potential customers and how to better approach their interests based on the tracking information provided by the automated AI. It is also easy to use since it involves less technical calculations. And I can easily access the priority details (95% of my time) with a single click. **What do you dislike about LessAccounting?** I'm completely mobile so an app would be nice. It's usable on my iPhone in a browser, but not mobile-optimized. **Recommendations to others considering LessAccounting:** Unless you employ a full-time resource to manage your books, don't buy the hype of the Quickbooks, Freshbooks, and Xeros of the world. Buy a utility that works from seemingly good folks who just want to help you see and manage the financial health of your business...LessAccounting. **What problems is LessAccounting solving and how is that benefiting you?** Efficiency in managing our financial picture. I am not interested in accounting. I am interested in the financial health of my business. Quickbooks, Freshbooks, and Xero, the so-called "leaders", are made for accountants. They are overly complex. ### 12. Most likely I'll end up using their flexible tagging system. Usually, a few minutes in chat with them gives me the answer I need. **Recommendations to others considering LessAccounting:** Definitely, check it out. While Freshbooks and others are flashy, LessAccounting really seems to be more of an accounting system and not just a way to bill people. Properly setup, the tagging system is quite powerful, you can classify your 1099 stuff along with deals associated with particular vendors or clients. When you run your tag search it all shows up in a clean, easy to read format. **What problems is LessAccounting solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are a startup without a full-time accountant or bookkeeper. We wanted to be strongly in control of our finances and understand exactly how well we are doing financially with good reporting. Historically the accounting system was more an archive, kept for compliance. Less Accounting allows us to really dig in at any time knowing that it's minutes behind at most. ### 13. It's easy to create and send invoices in a one time basis or if they're recurring. There are some aspects that are different than traditional systems, but they end up being better once used to them. For example, when I received payments in the past I'd mark the invoice as paid and then upon deposit I'd mark the payment in the transaction list from undeposited funds. In this system, I remove the one step and reconcile both at the same time saving me time. There dashboard and weekly email digest are great updates on my financial situation and what money is owed to me. **What do you dislike about LessAccounting?** I don't like how it does not show a total amount for me draft invoices on the dashboard.
