LensNew brings that entire optical workflow into one single system that runs right on your computer. Best of all, you own the software outright. There are no monthly subscription fees, and your patient health records stay 100% offline inside your clinic. -------------------------------------------------- WHAT LENSNEW DOES FOR YOUR OPTICAL PRACTICE -------------------------------------------------- • Fast Billing at the Counter Sell frames, prescription glasses, sunglasses, contact lenses, and lens cleaning sprays in seconds. You can enter the customer's eye power, pick their lens coating (Anti-Glare, Blue-Cut, Photochromic), and print the receipt on the same screen. We support USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, and INR, with automatic Sales Tax, VAT, or GST calculation. You can take advance deposits, track unpaid balances, and print on A4 paper or 80mm thermal receipt rolls. You can also send the digital bill straight to the customer's WhatsApp or email with one click. • Complete Eye Prescriptions & Patient History Enter full OD (right eye) and OS (left eye) readings: Sphere, Cylinder, Axis, Add power, Pupillary Distance (PD), fitting height, and visual acuity. You can compare today’s prescription against tests from previous years to see how a customer's vision is changing. You can even take a photo of the customer wearing their chosen frame and save it to their profile so your workshop gets the lens centering exactly right. • Frame Stock & Prescription Lens Inventory Keep track of every frame by brand name, model number, color code, size, cost price, and rack location. If you send jobs to an outside surfacing lab, you can record the lab name, dispatch date, and courier tracking number. • Patient Recalls & Customer Loyalty Never lose track of past patients. Set automatic eye-test reminders for 6 months or 1 year so you can bring customers back for regular checkups. You can also track contact lens replacement cycles, reward customers with loyalty points on purchases, and create promotional discount coupons for seasonal sales. • Doctor Appointments & Daily Reception Desk Book optometrist consultation slots and manage walk-in queues. The front-desk dashboard shows today's scheduled eye tests, spectacles ready for collection, and outstanding customer balances in one glance. • Expenses, Cash Drawer & Tax Reports Log your daily shop expenses (rent, lab wages, utility bills) and reconcile your cash drawer at the end of the day. Export clean Sales Tax, VAT, or GST reports for your accountant, and view your net profit after overheads. • Studio Pro: Real-Time Multi-Device Wi-Fi Sync If you have multiple rooms, Studio Pro connects your reception PC, doctor room iPads, and workshop computers over your shop's local Wi-Fi. The main computer acts as the local hub with real-time SQLite syncing (\<50ms speed).
