I use it every day. Working with paper applications would kill me, I think. It makes communicating with clients easy, makes it easy to see what's been completed and what's missing, etc. Down the road, I think it will also be a lovely tool for reporting. For the most part, it was pretty easy to implement. I handled a fair bit of it. Allison is wonderful and quick to respond to any issues or suggestions. Currently, it's not integrated with any other software. **What do you dislike about Lenderfit?** I wish there were a few more customization options (e.g., color coding), and I wish I could reset the resolutions (e.g., if someone was withdrawn and then unwithdrawn, they will still show as withdrawn until a new resolution is added). I wish that I could send out messages to all applicants at once (or select which to message. This is beneficial for when our office is closed for the holidays, for example). It'd also be nice to be able to mass update the application template for existing apps, but I believe that's something they're working on. **What problems is Lenderfit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Again, I could not do this job if I had to work with paper applications. Definitely streamlines stuff, and makes it so we don't have to pass files back and forth to each other, or search for files in our network folders. Saves a lot of time. ### 2. LenderFit has saved many hours for Rende Progress Capital's loan department, and LenderFit has allowed Rende Progress Capital to work on business technical assistance services. **What do you dislike about Lenderfit?** At this moment, I do not find anything to dislike with LenderFit. The staff and the product from LenderFit are wonderful. **What problems is Lenderfit solving and how is that benefiting you?** LenderFit is solving the loan application processes for Rende Progress Capital. LenderFit is saving time for our loan staff at Rende Progress Capital to talk with prospective and current loan borrowers. LenderFit has amazing staff members who assist Rende Progress Capital (RPC) to do its job well. ### 3. It is really easy to create forms specific to our business needs. Any time our team has a request to update or alter features within Lenderfit, the customer support has been always been super responsive and quick to implement our changes. **What do you dislike about Lenderfit?** There was a feature to include hyperlinks. I believe that has been disabled temporarily, but I'd love to see it come back. **What problems is Lenderfit solving and how is that benefiting you?** I feel Lenderfit has really helped not only with the overall user-experience, but offers a very efficient program where we can complete our tasks as analysts. ### 4. Having these pre-made tabs takes out a lot of extra work and requires less staff to complete. **What do you dislike about Lenderfit?** Not having the ability to tweak some of the pre-made sections. **What problems is Lenderfit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Providing sections that I would not have thought of in making a loan application, such as the underwriting piece and giving multiple options to add/remove information/sections on each page that we may deem unnecessary or necessary. ### 5. The customization allows us, a nonprofit, to create templates for ourselves and our donors. The platform is intuitive and easy to use. My favorite feature is the ability to turn certain sections on or off depending on the type of loan. We even use the templates as intakes because of the customization feature. **What do you dislike about Lenderfit?** The biggest flaw Lenderfit has is that every once ina while, it has bugs where we have to slightly adapt. However, David and his team are always responsive and help us through any issues. **What problems is Lenderfit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lenderfit allows us to store our data better and create templates where documents can be automatically generated with the information entered in the loan application. It provides us with consistency and enough adaptability as a rising CDFI that we can make changes easily as they emerge. ### 6. I honestly feel Lenderfit is a necessity for any business seeking to maximize their productivity.
