**Describe the project or task Lemonlight helped with:**

Their examples seemed good. However, their sales teams are intolerably aggressive and their support team does not follow through on commitments. I would not recommend them to anyone in my network.

**What do you like best about Lemonlight?**

Clean presentation of offering. Makes it easy to do on-demand

**What do you dislike about Lemonlight?**

Often times this org ignores direct requests and aggressive sales reps will keep sending emails to irrelevant employees within our organization. Clearly their primary focus is the sale over all else.

**What problems is Lemonlight solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have not realized any benefits from this organization and I would not recommend them.

We hired Lemonlight to film and edit eight 30 second videos to use in marketing and to promote the different programs we offer.

**What do you like best about Lemonlight?**

They have very hands on support that was easy to communicate with.

**What do you dislike about Lemonlight?**

The people that came to film didn't look very professional and they didn't give us much direction.
