**What do you like best about LegitFit?**

We use LegitFit to manage our gym members accounts, inc access to the gym, reporting, payments, communications and soon our fitness classes. 

The user interface is super and so user friendly! We can always ask for help or use the knowledge base for answers, however the majority of the time we can just figure it out ourselves as it’s very clear!

We like that the reporting is much easier and clearer, which makes managing things simpler. Reports that we struggled to complete in our last system can be generated at a click of a button now.

Members have better control to access the gym with the QR code feature, which is simpler for customers in all weather.

The reporting features are great as they let us see who owes money and who has paid clearly, and we can export our member lists. 

We can also update members so much easier now, such as freeze memberships, switch them easily between packages or upsell to new packages. 

We booked the demo very quickly and were impressed they were able to meet with us so quickly as time was of the essence for us! The demo at the start was great and it was obvious that they had researched our business before hand which we very much appreciated! All questions were answered easily and we felt reassured that moving to LegitFit was the right choice and best fit for us.

The initial setup was really easy, and Bella has been such a great help, making the process seamless. Even when issues arose which were outside of LegitFit , she reassured us it was all in hand and kept us up to date. Bella has been professional and reassuring during the whole process and we felt so much better that we had her on hand to keep things running smoothly and answer any questions we may have-thank you

**What do you dislike about LegitFit?**

Very little to be honest! We have been impressed by everything so far! Maybe the only thing we noticed is whenever you open a client account within the reporting section, if it just opened it in a smaller window instead of taking you out of the report, that would be handy. As at the moment we sometimes have two legitfit windows open at the same time- but this is something very minimal and only needed the odd time when trying to figure out particular members invoice queries

**What problems is LegitFit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use LegitFit to manage clients, and provide better gym access. It's easier for clients with QR codes and helps me find out who owes money and who's paid much quicker and simpler than our previous system. It also lets me export and manage reports more efficiently and have a clearer picture of the business operations eg monthly revenue, failed payments. We also are much happier now that members have to sign their ts and cs and have a better understanding of our in house rules and terms of their contract handy to them. We have now introduced a par q thanks to the app which again is so important to us as a gym. Another big benefit is prior I would have had to meet potential members at the gym in order to sign up, now they can do it themselves via the app- this is hugely beneficial, not just in regards to my time but also for members who want to get started asap or struggle to find a time to meet at the gym first to get added to the system. Eventually we will like to add day passes too, which wasn’t an option to us before with our old system. The benefits have been huge already and we are only in our initial stages with it.

**What do you like best about LegitFit?**

The AI features, ongoing support, ease of use for my members and me, the migration of payment and member details from a previous provider, the onboarding, and the business advice I got

**What do you dislike about LegitFit?**

None that come to mind. The only downside is that I didn't get started sooner but that was my own fault. I was too worried about the migration and transition but it was simple!

**What problems is LegitFit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’ve been using LegitFit in my gym and it has been a game-changer for the way I manage things and also my members experience. One of the standout aspects, which I thought was going to be more of a gimmick, are the AI features. I was sceptical of it to begin with, but found that it really sped up how I programmed and even helped me put my PARQ together in seconds. Would definitely recommend this to people!

Other areas it helped, especially compared to my last provider, which I became increasingly frustrated with, was helping to streamline the scheduling, provide useful insights on revenue, importantly I can ID at-risk members, and the communication tools were brilliant. They alone allowed me to reduce my costs of using a separate marketing software and allowed me to move away from WhatsApp. So now my phone isn't going off at all hours. My members find it just as simple to use, whether they’re booking classes, cancelling, checking remaining credits, and even messaging me with questions.

The onboarding process was also seamless. The thought of migrating my existing member base and payment data from a different system was a big worry and a reason why I put it off for so long. To be fair to Bella and Joe in the onboarding team, it was so much more straightforward than I was expecting and gave clear directions at every step - another thing I haven't gotten in the past! My account was ready to go within days too.

Even setting up a demo was very quick and easy, so thanks to those who rang me minutes after filing out the form 😅

The support has been excellent too. Anytime I’ve had a question, I got a response quickly from Mo and Bais, instead of having to wait 24-48 hrs. It never feels like you’re left figuring things out on your own, which makes a massive difference when running a busy business.

I also really appreciated the advice I received around pricing structures and building out my business model. It wasn’t just about the software. Shane, my account manager, took the time to understand my business and offer insights that have genuinely helped improve how I operate and generate revenue. Thanks again! And also thanks to Lee who helped with questions when Shane was off.

Overall, LegitFit delivers on all fronts and I highly recommend it and encourage anyone to reach out to me with questions. It's a great platform and it's clear that a lot of thought has gone into how the features work and the ease of use of the platform. Thanks again all! 😁

**What do you like best about LegitFit?**

It makes running my business so much easier. I can book clients in, create packages and keep my calendar organised.... all in one place. It saves me time, removes the hassle and my clients love how easy it is to use. Alex in particular has been fantastic..... patient, supportive and always willing to help. He’s a real asset to the team and made getting started with the system stress free.

**What do you dislike about LegitFit?**

There’s nothing I’d really call a downside. My only suggestion would be for new users to give themselves a few weeks to get familiar with all the features but it’s very straight forward once you get going.

It frees up my time to focus on other important parts of the business, while the booking and payments run seamlessly in the background.

**What do you like best about LegitFit?**

I find LegitFit's booking system looks more professional and helps with online bookings. The timetable feature is great, and the interface clearly shows who's paid and when. It gives detailed client information and shows what's come into the account, which is helpful. Also, the integration with my Wix website is quite good.

**What do you dislike about LegitFit?**

Most of the learning and heavy lifting of setting up LegitFit is done by you as the client. It would be helpful to have more support on the actual setup. I also think it would be useful to have a link available for clients visiting the website, so they can join my LegitFit account even if they aren't immediately booking a class. This option isn't there, and it would encourage them to join regardless without feeling obliged to buy a class or package in the first instance.

I use LegitFit for clients booking classes, it handles bookings well. It makes my website look professional, shows a clear timetable, and lets me see who's paid and how. It provides necessary client details, improving my online bookings and interactions.

I love how LegitFit makes running my studio simple and pain-free, allowing me to spend more time coaching rather than being stuck in processes and data. My clients enjoy the ability to book their classes in a simple and efficient way and love recording their workout metrics. The customer service is outstanding, and nothing is too much trouble for the team. The software design is clean and user-friendly. The onboarding team, especially Bella, was incredibly helpful in setting our system up and walking us through how everything works. The initial setup was incredibly easy.

**What do you like best about LegitFit?**

I love that my customers love LegitFit, and they find it easy to navigate. Customers appreciate features like Apple Pay and having both an app and a website. The cancellation and immediate refund process is really helpful for customers and myself too. I love the detailed insights it provides, which allow me to track my business growth month by month. Adding classes, people, and discounts through the app on my phone or laptop is super easy. The initial setup was really quick and easy too, with the team setting most of it up, migrating my customers, and providing a demo, making me feel well-prepared and like an expert before I even started using it. LegitFit allows me to do things quickly, so I spend less time on admin and more time teaching, which is what I love.

**What do you dislike about LegitFit?**

I wish I could have a PARQ / Informed consent form sent straight out on the basic package, I feel like this is a must really in the sports industry. I believe its an extra £40 a month to do so which I just can't justify at the moment being a small business. The cost is quite high and it does not allow me to send the informed consents.

**What problems is LegitFit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LegitFit reduces last-minute cancellations, increases turnout, and makes me appear more professional. It allows quick admin management, freeing time for teaching. Customers find it user-friendly with Apple Pay and an app. Detailed insights let me track business growth month on month.

**What do you like best about LegitFit?**

I really appreciate how LegitFit has allowed me to earn more money by keeping things organized and reducing my workload with features like repeating memberships. The timetable feature is super helpful since it lets me see exactly who's coming in and when, and my clients can do the same. I use membership links all the time to send to people, and the one-time use option is very good for me. I also like that if I have any issues, the support team gets back to me relatively quickly, which is always a good thing. The setup was surprisingly easy too, thanks to the LegitFit team who set everything up and helped me get to grips with it quickly.

**What do you dislike about LegitFit?**

There was once a button on the LegitFit timetable that allowed me to quickly jump to today. So, for example, if I've looked back a few weeks or if I've looked forward a few weeks into the future, I at one time, I used to be able to just press today, and it would just jump straight back to today, which, of course, I used all the time because I'm always looking at what's going on today. That today button has disappeared now. So if I could make a change, I would bring back that today button.

LegitFit makes me more organized, reducing my workload. It boosts my earnings with automatic membership renewals and simple client onboarding. Scheduling and timetables are easy to manage, saving time and increasing efficiency.

I use LegitFit for organizing and motivating my clients at the gym. It takes care of memberships and sends auto emails, giving more attention to each individual who comes in. LegitFit saves me time and helps me organize and train my clients. I like that it's better than other software that is similar and cheaper too. I find scheduling workouts for clients, smoother payment handling, and the helpful responses when I'm unsure how to use part of the app valuable.

**What do you dislike about LegitFit?**

The scheduling workouts aren’t as smooth as the likes of trueCoach app so I’m still using trueCoach alongside this app. If they made it more like trueCoach I’d pay more for LegitFit just for the convenience.

I use LegitFit for organizing my clients and managing gym memberships, sending auto emails which gives me more time. It helps me organize and train my clients.

We moved from an alternative booking platform and have found the whole experience to be much more structured than working with the previous providers, everyone has been so supportive, especially Bella, our onboarding specialist.  Bella has been amazing.

I actually haven't found any yet!  Everything has worked so well and support have been very prompt and polite when getting back to me if I am a bit stuck

Allowing clients to book into and cancel out of class and being able to scan themselves into class has freed up so much of my time to concentrate on other tasks

I’ve been using LegitFit for a few months, and it’s been such a great experience. The system is super straightforward and user friendly, but the support team really steals the show. 
Always quick, detailed, and happy to help (even with my endless questions!). 
They guided me through everything, from setup to Stripe integration (which they do for you), and made the whole process seamless. 
Couldn’t recommend them more!

Sometimes info from the initial sales stage doesn’t automatically carry over, so I had to follow up. The customer service team, however, is always fast, helpful, and makes sure everything gets sorted.

LegitFit makes managing my schedule, cancellations, and client payments so much easier. I no longer have to do these things manually, which saves me a ton of time and headache. Being able to set up recurring charges is also a huge benefit.

From an owner perspective it is easy to use, scheduling, assigning packages , changing session details, basically everything is very easy to access when you need it and not hidden under a million menus'. 
Milestone features are great and an easy way to celebrate client milestones without having to dig through reports. instant messaging service is great to check in with clients. 
As with any booking platform we use it daily and having something that is simple to use and is not a headache saves time and headspace! 

From a clients perspective, it is also very easy to use. Booking or canceling is seamless , buying memberships / packages is easy in app. 

Excellent customer support should you need it. Very responsive team.

**What do you dislike about LegitFit?**

All tech gets a bug now and again so, rarely after an update you might find a small bug but it is instantly fixed when you contact support. 
Having been with other companies the speed of fixing an issue with legit fit is next to none.

I really appreciate LegitFit's intuitive system with a small learning curve, which makes it easy to get started. The excellent onboarding and client support, particularly the help from Bella Lagrange, made the initial setup very easy. I value the block booking feature for regular clients as it helps secure slots and prevents disappointment. The payment and refund/cancellation system makes my life easier, and the integration with Stripe is seamless.

Block booking doesn't come with block deleting (yet. I believe they're implementing it soon)

**What do you like best about LegitFit?**

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve been using LegitFit for a while now and it’s honestly made managing bookings so much easier. The app is really straightforward — I can book classes in just a couple of clicks and I always get instant confirmation. No more back-and-forth messages or worrying about double bookings.

I also like that it keeps everything in one place — payments, schedules, and reminders. Super handy if you’ve got a busy week and don’t want to miss a session.

Only small thing I’d love to see is even more customization in notifications, but that’s just me being picky. Overall, LegitFit is reliable, easy to use, and has definitely improved the way I manage my bookings. Highly recommend it to anyone running or joining fitness classes.

**What do you dislike about LegitFit?**

LegitFit is easy to use and does the job for bookings, but the pricing could be clearer. It’s not the worst, but it can feel a little high depending on the size of your business. A bit more flexibility in plans would make it a much stronger option.

LegitFit makes booking super straightforward. I can see all available classes, reserve my spot in seconds, and get instant confirmation. It also sends me reminders, which is great because I never forget a session now. Everything’s in one place — schedules, payments, and updates — so it saves me a lot of time compared to messaging back and forth. Really handy system if you’re managing or joining fitness classes.

I really like the ease of the client experience with LegitFit. My clients find it very easy to book and cancel appointments, and I find it very easy to set them up. The onboarding process is very quick, and they guide you through the setup. Their support team is always available via email to ensure everything is working smoothly and they assist with any client issues promptly. It's really convenient not having to go back and forth with my clients on WhatsApp anymore because they can manage their bookings themselves.

I love using LegitFit for my company bookings because it's an absolutely excellent service. The setup team, especially Bella, has been fantastic, providing brilliant help and advice as I started my business. I am very pleased with their service. I appreciate how using it makes payments very simple. I like how easy it is to use and customize, which adds to its usefulness for my company.

**What do you dislike about LegitFit?**

I think maybe possibly linking up with the app Trainerize, because I use Trainerize for my online coaching system. I've been using it a long time now. I don't think LegitFit links in with any online coaching app.

What we like best about LegitFit is how easy and intuitive the software is to use — both for our team and for our members. It’s incredibly well-designed, and new features are added regularly, which makes it even more useful and efficient over time.

From the first moment I made contact with LegitFit, I was impressed with their customer service. The team were thorough, professional, personable, and they made me feel like they were always happy to help. I mainly worked with Lee Drayton whilst setting up the app, and I must say, his customer service skills are exceptional. He would get back to me quickly, his advice and instructions were clear and thorough, and he was really easy to work and get along with.

With my previous provider, the app was constantly crashing and there were lots of bugs in the software, that hasn't been the case with LegitFit, the app runs smoothly and my members are all reporting really positive feedback. Also, I like that I can upload my gym programming so members can see ahead of time what they will be doing and take more ownership of their training and progress. Also, the customer service is quicker, better, and just a much more positive experience for me. Where I used to have to wait days, even weeks for a response, I now wait a matter of hours and often, just minutes!

We’ve only been using LegitFit for two months, but it’s already hard to imagine running things without it. The onboarding process was smooth – the LegitFit team handled all the initial setup, including client scheduling and timetabling, which made the switch totally painless.

What’s made the biggest difference for us is how hands-off everything has become. Payments are fully automated, even trial-to-member conversions just happen without any effort on our side. Admin time has dropped massively – no more constant messages to the owner about cancellations or rescheduling.

I’ve used a few of the “big name” platforms before and always found them clunky or confusing, especially for older clients. LegitFit has been the opposite – it’s genuinely user-friendly across the board. Nobody has had any issues using the app, which says a lot.

It’s helped us double our client base while actually improving the experience for everyone – clients and staff included.

Legitfit has the best customer service experience from the tutorial to the on boarding and integration. Legitfit scheduling is great for simplicity of booking. The name of the class, time, description, and price are all under the day of the week the class is held. The customer interface is intuitive and the customer purchase is easy.

The price is a bit high for the extra communication features. A critique about the app is when you press the next arrow for the following week, it will stay on the day it was previously on the following week. Ex/ If I'm looking at Friday the 18th and I press the next arrow, it will take me to Friday the 25th instead of Sunday the 20th, the first day of the new calendar week. It would also be nice to opt in to receive notifications for class sign ups.

**What do you like best about LegitFit?**

It's too soon to gush about LegitFit, however, these passed few days have been seamless. There was a lot that I didn't understand but the team took the time to explain. Things like the app is only for clients so you teachers don't need the app. Then loggin customers in with the QR code - they must download the app. Staff need to have another email address to be added as staff if they are a client with a business that uses Legitfit already. Once I was clear on all things it has been a great experience. It's very easy to populate the timetable and add the passes.

**What do you dislike about LegitFit?**

Staff not being able to have client accounts and staff accounts on the same email address. The App not having any admin function, it would make sense that the app for teachers was a QR code reader AND a manual check-in register, some clients DO NOT BRING THEIR PHONES. The class copy and paste function in timetable is a bit odd and I have not managed to drop/drag the C&P session to the day or time that I would like.
