I like that Left Main lets us have everything in one place with clear ways to compile all of our data. Our phone system is integrated for ease of communication, and we use a lot of automations to enhance our workflow. I appreciate being able to see all my leads and opportunities and filter them in different ways, and the files are organized and customizable by adding new fields that are relevant to me. The automations are a game-changer, and the ability to implement cadences and have the CRM do the work for me really drives efficiency. It was very easy to set up as well. Some things are hard to find. For example, the enrichment history for the DealSignals properties would be super good, but I don't know how to find it. If there was some sort of tutorial resource or user guide for the specialized features, that would be fantastic! If this already exists, more visibility would be amazing. I use Left Main to manage my real estate business, and it organizes my inbound leads, tracks my communication, and reports all my activities in dashboards that are easy to understand. Because it's built on Salesforce, it integrates with almost everyone, and we've integrated Slack, Smrtphone, and Box Sign. Each property has a Slack channel, allowing my team to clearly communicate about each property without clogging email inboxes, and it's a great way to share information quickly when mobile. Smrtphone handles all of our calls and SMS, keeping the recordings organized with each record so we have quick access to the details we need right in the Left Main records. Box Sign allows us to send our contracts directly from the data within Left Main, creating quick and accurate documents to buyers and sellers from anywhere. I love Left Main exactly the way it is. I find Left Main really helpful with keeping us organized in our real estate investing company. I really enjoy the automated tasks and cadences that we can set up, which are quite out of the box. The reporting and flow it provides is just what real estate investors need, helping us to get going quickly. It's super customizable, so as our business grows, the platform can grow with us. I also like that Left Main gives visibility with the whole operation, from the beginning of marketing until the closing of the transaction. By being able to know our numbers more thoroughly and regularly, it helps us identify issues and solve them quickly, allowing us to improve continuously within our business. Things that could be improved are definitely more on the project management side. We found that it's not as built out for construction as it is for wholesale. And then also, I would say the smartphone integration is what probably messes up the most for us. Yeah. Integrating with other outside platforms has probably been our biggest issue.
