The biggest win for us has been the automation — so much of what used to be manual follow-up is now on autopilot, which has freed up a ton of time. It's also incredibly customizable; we've been able to shape the system around how our business actually works instead of forcing our process into someone else's template.

I like that everything is in one place with Left Main, making it easy to organize and respond to leads and clients. The tracking of deals is also a great feature. The cadence feature for communications is my favorite. The integration specialist, Eric Serota, made the setup process enjoyable and efficient, even though it takes 6 to 8 weeks.

I use Left Main to manage my real estate business, and it organizes my inbound leads, tracks my communication, and reports all my activities in dashboards that are easy to understand. Because it's built on Salesforce, it integrates with almost everyone, and we've integrated Slack, Smrtphone, and Box Sign. Each property has a Slack channel, allowing my team to clearly communicate about each property without clogging email inboxes, and it's a great way to share information quickly when mobile. Smrtphone handles all of our calls and SMS, keeping the recordings organized with each record so we have quick access to the details we need right in the Left Main records. Box Sign allows us to send our contracts directly from the data within Left Main, creating quick and accurate documents to buyers and sellers from anywhere. I love Left Main exactly the way it is. It's simple, dependable, and packed with all the features I need.
