Left Main REI Reviews & Product Details

Left Main REI is a CRM built natively on Salesforce specifically for real estate investors, wholesalers, and flippers who run high-volume acquisition and disposition operations. Instead of forcing a generic sales CRM to fit an investing business, Left Main gives teams a purpose-built system for the full deal lifecycle: lead intake, seller follow-up, offers, contracts, transaction management, and dispositions. Because it runs on Salesforce, investors get enterprise-grade reliability, security, reporting, and automation without having to build or maintain a custom setup. Teams can manage marketing leads from every channel, automate follow-up, track deal pipelines and KPIs, and see exactly where every deal and dollar stands. Left Main also includes AI tools built for real estate investing: Property Sales AI – AI-assisted seller conversations and lead qualification DealSignals – surfaces motivated-seller opportunities from property and market data DispoSignals – matches properties with the most likely cash buyers to speed up dispositions LMX Marketplace – a marketplace connecting investors to deals and buyers Left Main REI is designed for growing investing companies, from operators scaling past spreadsheets and entry-level CRMs to established teams closing hundreds of deals a year. Onboarding and implementation are handled by a team that knows real estate investing, so customers go live with workflows that match how they actually acquire and sell properties. Built to grow.
