Great app that helps us manage staff leave. Really easy to use monthly wall chart that lets you see all staff at a glance and provides a trackable solution of approved leave for both management and staff. This makes planning so much easier and avoids staff having to ask what remaining leave they have available. Showing Allowance, Booked, Remaining to Book and Remaining to Take.

Leave Dates also provides excellent customer service and have responded and resolved any queries I have had, the same day and are super friendly.

There is nothing in particular I dislike but would find it helpful if going forward you could set public holidays as fixed, i.e. always automatically pull in England public holidays rather than having to set these for each year separately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are just beginning with Leave Dates, but so far I have been totally impressed with both Phil and the product. It's been easy to schedule calls to learn about the program and to implement it with customizations for our company. The interface looks great, is very customizable, and yet simple and intuitive. This is solving three problems at once for us; easy time off requests, transparency for employees to know how much PTO they have, and a company-wide calendar view so we are all aware of others' schedules. So simple and easy to use, yet remarkably detailed when you need it to be (reports, customising types of leave, colours etc). One thing thats especially helpful is that you can have multiple people in multiple countries and it adds in their country specific public holidays, so everyone else has visibility.
